Our stay here was perfect! The cottage was clean and modern. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy towels to use. The access to the beach and the Village cannot be beat!

The location is superb and the unit is comfortable.

This place was too cute! The place had everything I needed and it was so relaxing & comfortable! So close to the beach access & siesta beach. Cute shops, restaurants all within reasonable driving distance. Will definitely be back & recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The communication from start to finish was fantastic, and the cleanliness was truly 10/10 — spotless and so well taken care of. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from everything you want in Siesta Key.One of the best parts was how well-equipped the condo was for beach days. They provide everything: an outdoor shower, wagon, beach chairs, even a floatie. It made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable.I couldn’t recommend this place enough and am already planning my next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You’ll love it here!

Updated and very clean! Just a short walk to the beach! We loved the fully equipped kitchen and patio complete with grill and outdoor seating!

This is a newly remodeled beach cottage on Siesta Key. The location cannot be beat with the beach just across the street and the Village only a short walk away. Park your car and leave it.The furniture and accessories are all new and very comfortable. There is also a great outdoor with a BBQ grill and a firepit. For those who like to eat in, the place settings and cutlery are all new and plentiful, and the kitchen appliances are new and work well.This is a small cottage, but we spent 10 days there in July 2025. Beach chairs, etc. are provided for 4 people. Communication was quick and easy, and Pinkie Flamingo was very helpful and accommodating.This unit offers a very peaceful and comfortable respite.

Very good experience

Everything was just perfect!! We loved our stay!! Would love to stay here again on our next Siesta Key Beach stay!! Beach access was 3 min walk and the village walk was 6 Min. We really appreciated having beach supplies chairs, wagon and umbrella which were very well maintained! Thank you for thinking of the little things that made our stay so relaxing and comfortable!! We just felt like our own little beach house!!

Terrific location across the street from the beach and easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc. In the Village. Spotless apartment, completely redone after last fall's devastating hurricane. Fully equipped and functional kitchen open to the living area where the foldout couch is. Modern but small bathroom is through the bedroom. Both the convertible couch and the King bed in the bedroom were very comfortable.Only shortcomings — thus 4 stars — probably due to recent reopening: no wastebasket in the bathroom; no chair(s) in bedroom; a single towel rod in bath… no room for more, but in a unit that “sleeps 4” a good-sized towel rack must be provided elsewhere. There were only 2 of us, and we had to drape damp bath towels over chairs in the living room.That said, we would return to Pinkie's #9 and Siesta Key very happily!

If you are going to siesta, this place is a must stay! Amazing location across the screen from beach access and close to village with all the bars and shops. Extremely comfortable king bed and amazing outdoor space. A private oasis for your trip to paradise :)

Great place to stay, really enjoyed our time there

Very clean and close walk to the beach and strip with restaurants and shops. Only complaint was we only were provided with 3 towels and 2 washcloths for a seven night stay.

The property is beautiful. It is well designed with great upgrades. I had a few issues with the cottage but overall it was a great place to stay and would do so again.

Perfect location in proximity to the beach. Everything was updated, clean, and exactly as advertised. Would choose this place for a stay at Siesta Key anytime we return!
