We loved this beach house! It was clean, exactly as advertised, and just a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with everyone after long beach days. This has definitely become our new favorite place — can’t wait to come back!

The beach view is a little bit of a stretch, but doesn't take away from a perfect stay.

The house is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. We visit the Santa Rosa Beach area every year, and this house is honestly the best place we’ve stayed at due to the location. HIGHLY recommend.

This rental was excellent! This was our first trip to Blue Mountain and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. I was a little nervous renting this VRBO during Labor Day weekend with only two reviews at the time, but we had no issues. The unit was updated and looks to have been professionally decorated. It came with everything you could possibly need on vacation. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. It was, for the most part (ahem, looking at you neighbors), quiet too. Loved that we didn’t have to bring any beach gear as everything you could possibly need was included in the locked storage area underneath the building, right next to the outdoor shower. The public beach access is about a 2 minute walk to the corner. If you have a lot to bring, beware there are a lot of steps down to the very crowded beach. (There’s only a small section available for the public.) It wasn’t too bad though once we had our spot set up. The unit included a map of two other less crowded beach access points, but we didn’t make it to those this time. The pool was just steps away from the back door and was nice for breaks from the beach. There’s a couple ice cream shops and a breakfast sport within walking distance too. Restaurants and Publix are a short drive away. One little temporary hiccup with the thermostat was quickly addressed by property management. Highly recommended.

Grace By The Sea was a great vacation for us! It was easy to get to, just off of SH 83, which is one traffic light from SH 331 that connects I-10 to 30A. Good dining with Cowgirl Kitchen, Redfish Tacos, Blue Mountain Creamery and Blue Mountain Bakery is within walking distance. There are three beach access points within walking distance and the closest is less than a block away. The furnishings are fresh and clean. The beds are very comfortable. It looks like it was recently updated. Outside there is a community pool and Grace By The Sea has its own outdoor shower and grill. The check-in communication from the property manager was received early and was easily understood. We’ll be coming back again.

Grace by the Sea is a perfect get away to the gorgeous Blue Mountain Beach. The house is situated perfectly with just a quick walk to the water (w/accessibility to 3 different public access points), as well as the nearby ice cream shop and bakery. Our family had all the space and amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the outdoor shower (w/hot water!), washer/dryer, and kids games. The kitchen was well stocked w/everything we needed (incl. kids cutlery and plates/bowls x4). We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor table/chairs/umbrella, but imagine they would be wonderful (quiet w/great view).

We really enjoyed our beach getaway. The recent remodel was very well done. They had everything we could possibly need for the beach and in the kitchen.
