Overall a very nice place. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and short distance to the beach. The beach was nice and not crowded. There was an issue with the hall bath toilet our entire stay, which we were made aware of by management by text the morning of arrival. The water had to be turned off to the toilet and every time it was used we had to turn the water valve to fill the tank so it could flush then turn the water back off. It was an inconvenience for sure. We were told a plumber was scheduled to come fix it on our last day but wasn’t given a time so we waited around half the day and he never showed up. The management was very apologetic but also was quick to say a discount for this inconvenience could not be given without me even asking for one…which I was put off by! We made due and have older children that understood the instructions so it worked out but was definitely a pain that I would have liked to not have to deal with on our stay.

Loved the condo, location, area, etc. Somewhat disappointed because the pool and spa were out of order during our stay. Nofault of the owners

Was clean, near beach, and no complications

Was decent. Hot tub wasn't working and pool was closed warm days. otherwise, easy access to ocean. would recommend.

First impression was not the best. The tiles were scuffed and as it turns out, dirty. My feet turned almost black after walking barefoot for the first hour. There was an odor that never left during our stay. Paint on walls were not completed and the cable outlet was completely exposed in one bathroom. My bed was dirty and disgusting and they came back to put a mattress cover on it (it should be completely replaced). Sheets were changed and had to ask for a new comforter/blanket bc it was in the floor as it was replaced. Fan didn’t work in one bedroom. The location is wonderful but they will have to do a lot of work on this unit for me to stay in this condo again. Check in and out could have been via email, you really didn’t need to go to the location for codes and parking pass. Management staff were very friendly and my concerns about cleanliness were addressed immediately. However, no one came to clean anything else.

This property was perfect for our quick beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Location great and the condo was very comfortable…

This was an easy process and the people were always very friendly. I even contacted them for a recommendation on a beach while I was there!

This was our second year as snowbirds at Perdido Key… first was on the beach which was nice but we found that we enjoyed staying at the Caribbean East was much more enjoyable due to its location next to a road that led to Johnson Beach and much less traffic. The unit itself had some age on it but we were happy with it overall… the cleaning crew left a lot to be desired - my wife spent a couple hours cleaning it, however the property management was top shelf they were very responsive and professional. We booked next year at the same complex but different condo.

This condo is managed by Perdido Key florida and they are an awesome group of people. You may want to just look them up and rent directly for some cost savings. I already gave a review titled A month with a path to the beach. Check it out.
