PARADISE WITH A BALCONY! --Stay 2 nights get the 3rd free! (Not applicable Memorial Day to Labor Day) Unit 619 - Holiday Isle . Come share our 6th floor direct view condo on the Gulf. Master King with four poster bed, high end mattress, and gulf view balcony access. Custom black out draperies for those mornings when you want some time out of the sun. Adjoining Master bath has granite countertops, bubble tub, and separate shower. Second bedroom features 2 double beds and adjoining full bath.Living room includes gulf view balcony access and queen sleeper sofa. Flat screen tvs in both bedrooms and living room. Large dining room table seats 6, with 4 stools at the bar.
Our patio has a sea grass sectional sofa seating six, and dining table with 4 chairs. We love to cook and our kitchen is fully outfitted with Calphalon cookware, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and Emil Henry dishware.

Our family has been visiting Dauphin Island for some years - we never seem to run out of things to do: fishing and shell collecting on the beach, homemade cinnamon rolls from the Lighthouse Bakery, beach chairs in the surf, Audobon Bird Sanctuary walks, ice cream cones at the Island Rainbow, a visit to the Sea Lab, ping pong in the fitness center, or a trip to Bellingrath Gardens in any season, are just a few of the things we love to do when we come to the Island. Reading on the chaise lounges by the outdoor pool is as comfortable as it gets. Our place is stocked with books and board games for time indoors as well. Welcome to Paradise!

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, pickleball/tennis court, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.

    The check-in process was easy and the facility was great! Indoor pool, outdoor pool, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, everything was wonderful!

    Our family of four has stayed at Holiday Isle several times and we have stayed in different units each time. This unit was beautiful and well appointed. I love having a clean/tidy and pretty place to stay when I am on vacation and this unit was perfect! You can tell it is taken care of by the owners and was spotless when we arrived which is not always the case. We had all of the items we may need in the kitchen for cooking, coffee, storage, etc. One thing we have seen in other units that was not part of this unit were beach toys but that did not bother us. There were two beach chairs that were handy to use in addition to the chairs and umbrellas we rent from Chaising Rays. There are elevators directly by the unit which made it convenient for loading and unloading as well as just getting down to the beach. We loved the high floor for the view. I had a few times I couldn't locate a communication about things and Robert with ACP was great about getting back to me quickly with answers to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

    Was a wonderful experience! The listing was accurate. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the walks along the beach at night. Did have an issue with the T.V. in the guest room not working, told the front desk and were waiting to get it fixed, we just moved the DVD player to that room. Bring an extra garbage bag if staying for a long time.Remember to take shoes to the beach, the broadwalk does get really hot on your feet. Would LOVE to come back.

    This unit comes as-advertised. Nice views of the beach on Dauphin Island. The best grocery store is about 14 miles away - Greer’s market on the main land. This condo was easy to use, we walked out to the beach most days and enjoyed the birds. If you are a strict naturalist, the natural gas rigs are within view at Dauphin Island and you can see the ship the activity from the gas industry. On days the closest rig is busy, you may hear some distant beeps as well. (This has nothing to do with the unit itself, which was great.) This is a quiet island, and a nice relaxing space. The balcony is especially spacious for a beach condo, allowing 4 people to easily share a meal there. If returning to Dauphin Island, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.
