Stayed Jun 9, 2025The property was nicely decorated however, the kitchen counter tops were dirty, there was a used coffee cup in the coffee pot, dishes in the dishwasher, closets were full leaving no space for our clothing, no wash cloths or hand towels, refrigerator/freezer full of food stuffs and no place to put our suitcases to unpack

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Condo on top of the hill providing great view of the lake. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Host was very helpful in answering questions and making sure we had a relaxing time. Access to lake limited without a boat, but still was able to enjoy the cool waters at the dock.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The view from the balcony is amazing and the Ozarks are great! The listing indicates it can accommodate 12, but that includes 5 people sleeping on recliners. There is a King, Queen, and 3 twin beds. We had to change our plans because there was not a realistic amount of sleeping space. The condo also appears to be a primary residence and the refrigerator was full of food along with the pantry. There are many family photos staring at you and the closets and dressers are full of personal clothing. The owner started drying a load of towels before we arrived, but they were mixed with other personal clothing (including underwear). We folded the personal items and placed them on the dryer. We generally had a good experience, but it felt more like we were house-sitting for an uncle rather than visiting a vacation rental. A few minor tweaks and this could be a great rental.
