LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room provides beautiful floor to ceiling windows looking over the sugar white sands of the Alabama coast. Decorated with a coastal flare throughout, no detail has been spared. There is a fully equipped kitchen and seating for 4 at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast counter. This cozy condo also features a full size washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king size bed where you can relax after a long beach day. There is also access to the beach front balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this condo to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

    The pictures are not updated for the master bathroom and patio, they have done upgrades and it was a beautiful property. My family enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything we could need. It was wonderful trip, will be booking the property again.

    We liked the central location. It was close to the entertainment and restaurants we wanted to visit. The convenience market across the street was great. Watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning and evening was entertaining! The pool was clean and nice in the late afternoons.
