LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
This gulf-front 6th floor condo is designed with comfort in mind. The cozy living room has a front row seat to the views of the Gulf Shores coast and has a flat screen television for when you want to kick back and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped to make home cooked meals and has seating for 4 at the dining table. There is also a breakfast bar that can seat 3 people. Do not worry about toting home dirty clothes after your vacation with us because this condo has a washer and dryer!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a door leading to the private balcony. The bath has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper which allows this gulf front condo to sleep up to 6 people. There is a full bathroom in the hall which has a tub/shower combo.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

    The condo was clean and convenient to all of downtown. Parking was no problem and I had to park across the street one evening. Overall a good vacation spot.

    My husband and I spent our anniversary at this property and had a wonderful time. We have been to Gulf Shores many times, but stayed at other condo buildings. We really enjoyed how close the condo was to many restaurants that we could walk to in the evenings. We almost always found parking in the parking lot next to the building, and only had to park across the street one night. The condo itself was pretty clean upon arrival and had everything we could need in the kitchen for meals. We really liked the keypad entry to get into the condo. One of our only complaints was the smoking on other balconies. Every time we went out to sit on the balcony no matter the time of day, someone was always smoking.

    Great location Needs furniture updating Balcony furniture was very uncomfortable Bed uncomfortable Very clean property Youngs staff was very rude We were told one thing then another Parking was terrible and very unorganized Handicap ramp always blocked by property equipment carts and ect. Handicap parking was unorganized

    Great location. Walking distance to 3 restaurants. Condo was comfortable. It had all the necessary kitchen items for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Fantastic vacation!
