The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a flat screen television the guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo as well. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

    We’ve stayed at this facility a number of times but this was the best unit. The only downside was both bathroom vents didn’t work.

    The condo was updated and pretty clean. It could definitely use a deep cleaning, under furniture, blinds, baseboards look to have never been touched. Other than that the condo itself was great. The property management company was TERRIBLE. I had to call on the evening of check in for an issue, it was after hours and the girl that answered was just plain rude and No help at all. Parking is absolutely awful at this condo, even with the additional parking across the hwy. If you leave at dinner expect parking to be gone when you return and good luck finding a new spot. We were told we could park up the street at the property management office and walk. The beaches were nice but the pool was disgusting. We spoke with the staff at the condo and the pool company that came daily and nothing changed (I tried to speak with the property mgmt company, with no response). The water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom, with a daily pool service you would expect a clear pool with correct chemical levels. The property management company is the only reason I will not return to this condo.

    this was such a well appointed condo. everything we needed; beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. we love the location of the Boardwalk. easy walking to everything and right on the beach. this condo was the best!

    This unit was very comfortable and clean. It seems it has been recently redone unlike some of the other properties in that complex ....it was very nicely done. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming to us. We had a great week at the beach!
