Boardwalk 283 gulf-view condo with WiFi, central ac, balcony, & outdoor pool

My trip was ruined because the air conditioning wouldn't go any lower than 73. I had to contact Vacasa 2x before they sent someone out. A lady named Michelle came and she turned off the ac completely in case it was frozen and we turned it back on 4 hours later even though she said we could at 2 hours. She told us to contact her if it didn't fix it but when I texted her she ignored it both times I reached out. She also said that the owner was adjusting the thermostat remotely and that was why the numbers would keep changing.

Great location! The condo was good, pool and beach were great. Hot water heater quit working and did not get resolved during our stay, but we were compensated. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Overall everything was very nice! Although there were a few Electrical issues that needs attention and one lock issue.I worked around the issues which were no big deal for me.

Perfect beach getaway for us! This condo was super clean, and right on the beach! The location was perfect. Shopping centers across the street and further down. I'll recommend this rental to anyone!

We had a great time. This unit is nice. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs attention. And there were plumbing issues. We did not let that ruin our trip. We would stay there again.

Could use newer pans for cooking. They are old and bent.

WiFi and AC work great so bring throw blankets if you chill easily as none were provided. Bathrooms could use a deep clean and some updates, but overall this property was excellent. Close to everything, short walk from room to beach, clean pool. Not a huge property so not overcrowded even when full. Wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean.
