Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs no A/C, had a leak in the kitchen. A/C didn't get fixed only 1 fan was brought.

Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Seascape and this unit had plenty of space and a great location at the entrance of the Boardwalk. It wasn’t very clean, however, and needed a lot of general maintenance. From light fixtures flickering or not working to shower faucets leaking when not even engaged and ceiling fans that are barely hanging on, it left a good bit to be desired. We were also delayed in entering because of a lock malfunction on the unit. Overall, the stay was good but could have been great had the unit been properly maintained.

Management was responsive to our complaint of the ant infestation (all groceries left on the counter had to be thrown out) but other issues went unanswered (unusable patio due to insects and debris, indoor insect-filled cobwebs). We bought ant traps for the inside and the outside of the unit was sprayed immediately upon our complaint. I would not have expected the unacceptable conditions of this unit given the expensive rental costs.

Started by cob webs covering the whole front entry. Cob webs and dead bugs all over lamp shades and corners of floors. Couldn't walk around in bare feet without having the grit of sand, which understandably is hard to clean between stays with how fine the sand is, but didn't expect to have to wear shoes the whole time. Sofa, Chair and carpet should either be professionally cleaned or replaced as both have more of a dark gray tint to them in many areas than the gold/beige color they should be, none of us would sit on the sofa and chair. King bed and bed frame and Queen bed and bed frame Sqeaked Horribly! Management company did respond promptly to standing backed upped water in shower, but not sure why that isn't caught when the unit gets cleaned. We loved the location and the size of the unit. Highly recommend a deep cleaning and change out some of the furnishings (Or lower the price....dramatically to accommodate for these) and it could easily go from a 1 star to 4-5 star unit!

The second condo space wise was not suitable even though I slept in the number of people supposed to have... and without a washer and dryer in the condo The third condo kind of freaked out at first because the dryer was making screeching noises.and one of the TVs wouldn’t stay on... It was a beautiful condo easy access. Taylor was very helpful and so was Emily.

Reviewer Comments: Great resort it was awesome, pool was spectacular, unit was 3 star because mainly the air conditioning was outdated and not working properly. Upstairs was warm yet they wouldn’t let turn down lower than 72 because unit would freeze up and leak. Furniture needed updating, overall needs updating.

Reviewer Comments: It was a nightmare as the room in not Ada assemble my wife could not use the bathroom as her wheelchair would not go thru the door, we had to take her to a motel for a shower. yes we complained to rental Mgr but nothing they could do.
