There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people at the kitchen table and additional seating at the bar with 4 barstools. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom with balcony access has a king bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo and the other bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room which allows 6 people to enjoy this condo comfortably.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    This condo was perfect for the most part! Located right next to a bar and grill on the beach and directly across from a Surf Style MARKET store that almost anything you could think of. The condo is on 2nd floor and a perfect view of the beach. It was clean EXCEPT the master bath shower. I would definitely stay here again.

    Couch and chair in living room not comfortable. Beds were great. Great location. Workers working on parking curbs had seven spaces taken up in a small parking lot. Parking left alot to be desired. Had to park across street several times.

    We reserved this condo last minute, and we’re very pleased with the entire experience. The mobile check in was amazing, and the ease of everything was welcome - as I’m a “mobile first” person. The condo was very clean, and had a great view of the ocean. The only issue we had was our own fault - we left some beach chairs downstairs and forgot about them, and the next day they were “missing”. We didn’t dock the condo rating on a part of our oversight. Everything else was great!

    Pros=Great location! Restaurant next door stayed busy from the time it opened until the time it closed. It has its own entrance right next door to the building. Waffle House is across the street, as well as a convenience store. Clean! Security guard on premises. Pool was cleaned every morning. It did get noisy sitting on the balcony sometimes from our neighbors, but inside you couldn't hear a thing. Cons= Not really any.

    The property was just as advertised. It was clean and well equipped for all your needs. Bed was comfortable and view of water was great. The frontage could use a little help but that really the only complaint.
