Great place to stay!

Stay there the last 5 years, ALL mattresses need replaced. Door code locked us out before checkout time, had to pay for second car parking 75 . Security personnel are extremely nice. Dishwasher does not dry ,dryer has to be ran 2 times to dry.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view were great. The cleanliness was lack luster. The guest room beds needs the mattress replaced as the middle is worn out. Regardless, we enjoyed our time at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice, a little outdated , beds were uncomfortable, could feel the springs, showers dis not have good strength with poor shower heads, dryer that did not work well at all, maintenance never came back to fix shower mold issues. TVs were blurry and signal did not work all the time. Other than that, nice view, && spacious for the family .

The area is great! The condo itself being on the 14th floor did not take away from the view. The balcony is pretty large fit comfortably out there with 9 of us. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable as well as livingroom furniture. Plug ins outside are unique in that the switch by the master controls the power to it and the plug in by the TV. Also the A/C has an auto shutoff after a few minutes if the sliding doors are not shut. Access to dollar general and souvenir shopping is across the street which is very convenient. Pools were nice and usually not busy the beach was never really crowded since it wasn’t close to Public access. Be sure to keep starter for TP, trash bags, dishwasher tabs is for when you get there you must shop or bring your things by the end of the day. Kitchen is stocked with silverware, cutting knives, and various cooking utensils. They also have towels and place setting for 8 so if there are more get plates. We stayed at the condo for 4th of July and although we couldn’t see the fireworks from where we were, they had several people shooting off fireworks fight on the beach. Overall we had a great time and would return. Not sure about the PLAY AND STAY. was kind of expecting to have info in the welcome packet they had for me when I enter the condo so May want to ask after booking. All in all we loved it!
