Bluewater 1102 | Indoor/Outdoor/Kiddie Pools + Hot Tub & Fitness

The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens we Have ever stayed in. The most dishes and appliances we have seen, including an extra ice maker. The balcony was very nice sized and made sitting and watching the ocean easy. There was one photo that did not belong in the site pictures for the room, there is no children's water park area on the premises. Also the security guards were a little over the top trying to catch wrong doing, constantly waking around with their pad to write tickets. It would be nice to have a universal machine or free weights for workouts. Please turn on the air in the pool area, was a tad stuffy. Overall a good stay.

Very nice with beautiful view

The condo was spotless and perfectly located. I appreciated that it was stocked with enough essentials to last us a few days before we made it to the store. The ice maker was a fantastic bonus—it made things so convenient! The oversized patio was another highlight, with a table, lounge chair, and several other comfortable seats. We absolutely loved spending time out there. Another positive, no issues with the elevators or parking. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The only minor downside was that the dishwasher and dryer seemed a bit worn and could probably use replacing. They still worked but needed an extra cycle or two. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

This location is perfect, the pool is great and our condo was amazing. This was our 2nd visit at Bluewater and we will be back.

Great unit at Bluewater. Updated & well maintained. When had a super minor issue with a toaster, the management company brought a new one the same day. Very responsive & helpful. We often stay in this building & would choose this unit again in a heartbeat.

This property is wonderful and the description is very accurate. It is well stocked and very clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Bluewater 1102. There are a couple of things to be mindful of when renting. you are only allowed two parking passes and cannot purchase more. This is not good when you are renting a condo that sleeps more than 6 adults at a time. You are also not allowed to have a trailer, large truck, or small boats in the parking area or you will be towed. Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, quiet, and enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Our stay at Bluewater in Orange Beach was excellent! The condo was perfect; right on the beach, beautiful view and perfect size for our family. The microwave didn't work, but we really didn't need it. 3 grocery stores nearby and other shops within walking distance or a short drive. We loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here. We had fun at the sandy beach, the close proximity to shopping, and fun places to go. The condo was big enough for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. Much need after the ride from Wisconsin.

I wish there had been a very good choice! Overall the condo was very nice. When we arrived it was very clean. But we had no internet or tv on arrival. After many calls with the interned company on Sunday I finally texted the itrip # & they arrangements for the internet company to come out on Monday. We finally got internet but no tv. On Tues they installed a new tv! We absolutely loved the built in ice maker. Also loved the deck furniture, spent a lot of time out there.The toaster didn’t work but we did fine without it. Finally we had absolutely fantastic weather!!!! Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect. Our only complaint was the TV cable system. I know this is not the fault of the owner, but I could not watch any program that I usually watch because it was not a TV you could tune in on the regular channels at the regular times that they run. Obviously, the TV system was tailored for sports lovers.

Location is great and condo was clean.

Excellent location, loved the balcony and the condo's furnishings were very good. Had an issue with linens, notified them and they were very responsive. Kitchen pans were 'okay' and food frequently stuck. Ice maker was a definate plus, one that I have never seen when renting condo's. Only negative would be the moldy smell of the condo, which hit you as soon as you walked through the front door and was extremely predominant in the spare bedroom that has the king-sized bed. We went an purchased airfresheners and placed them throughout the condo to try to mask the smell. We wanted to open the doors but could not because it would freeze up the air conditioning. I would suggest scrubbing the entire place with bleach/water to try to remove the smell. Thank goodness we stayed in the masterbedroom, otherwise I could not have been able to sleep in the other areas due to my sensativities. I also have to say I contacted the company about the linens and the smell, letting them know I purchased the airfresheners. They sent the linens and unfortunately I did not see an email until after I got home that asked if I wanted to them to do anything else about the smell, which shows the company is responsive. I would rent from them again.
