Blue Seas & Sand 2BR Beach Club Siesta 200C by RVA

Check in was horrible. Check in time 4 pm. We were about 20 minutes early & no one was at the front desk. We waited closer to 45 minutes until the supervisor arrived, after calling a few numbers listed, including her cell phone, before finally answering. Corporate was helpful but they had a hard time tracking her down. Once she arrived she was friendly & did provide an upgrade. But she waiting closer to an hour to get in our unit was frustrating & unprofessional.

We had a great long weekend. Everything was clean, neat, and very friendly. Their bed sheets were the softest I’ve ever seen. The little things mean a lot!

Excellent location! Steps away from the beach, free trolley, convenient store, restaurants & bars. Only one parking spot so keep that in mind. The property is very cute, clean & well kept. The office staff is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent three nights at The Beach Club June 2025. This was our second stay after having spent three nights in September 2022. Our first visit 2022 was semi-miserable due to other residents staying up in the pool to laugh, shout, scream, and play music til 3:00 a.m. At that time, I could find no contact info for management, so I called Sarasota police dept who came out and made a useless visit. I basically had two nights of almost no sleep. My recent visit was much more pleasant, management on site and visible, pool quiet at night. I would say do a Google and see if Sarasota County and/or Siesta Key have new noise ordinances. In June 2025, The Beach Club was clean, quiet, family friendly, suite well stocked w extra towels/linens. 150 yd walk from beach. AC worked well, AC unit a little loud at night. Grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, beach shops all within 2,3,4 minute walk. Beach is @ 150-200 yards from the Beach Club. I’m guessing The Beach Club was built in the 80s or 90s, but is well maintained with showers, appliances, TVs updated.

The unit was very nice, clean and had convenient access to the beach, 7 eleven, some eateries and some shops all in walking distance. Our unit was 200C which was a little small for six people but suited our needs just fine.

The price is great for location, amenities and spacious rooms. The dishwasher wasn't working and we notified staff but it wasn't fixed during our stay. The bathrooms around the shower could use a little extra bleach for the mold in the corners outside the shower. Besides that, it was amazing. 7/11, liquor store, restaurants, etc all walking distance across the street. We used the grill by the pool. They need cleaning and a lighter. Pools are clean and lots of beach chairs and floats to use at the pool or beach!

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Beach Club and even though the location is fabulous, it’s probably the last time we stay there because the quality has gone down. Our dishwasher was broken upon arrival, and our dishes were dirty. We notified the front desk, who was very nice, but unable to resolve the issue during our 10 day stay. The master shower heat/cool lever kept falling off, and the water ran cold. Again, we notified the front desk, and she did send someone up to look. It was halfway fixed and usable, at least. We couldn’t get beach chairs for the first few days because of other tenants hoarding them.

Wonderful for us seniors in our 70’s because we are so close to the water, we can navigate our beach gear right to the shoreline!!!Condo was roomy, clean, plenty of beach towels.

We love the location, super close walk to the beach. Sand is just steps out the door. Across the road is 7/11, a little strip mall with a pizza restaurant and a few other places to eat. And a little bit further is a couple great little restaurants and bar. Spearfish Grille is one of our favorites. All within walking distance. The unit is always clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We like to stay in building C, away from the pool but it faces the water. Little hard to get a great view with a few taller buildings in front, but I prefer the privacy over the pool view. You won’t be disappointed.
