So well appointed and stocked. And very well managed. In a beautiful hotel building with top notch amenities and restaurant. Walk to everything. Floor to ceiling wrap-around Mountain View’s in this unit. Perfect for my meetings and my personal enjoyment.

The views from this condo cannot be beat. Parking and access was easy yet secure. We felt safe! Everything was very clean!! It was really nice not to have to run out and buy the basics for kitchen and bathroom. Coffee was a bonus!!

Our stay at the Blue Ridge Escape was absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough great things about the overall customer service from the time of initial booking, throughout the weeks following and up through checkout! The unit was spotless and the furnishings were beautiful. We celebrated my daughter’s 40th birthday in Asheville and booked the Blue Ridge Escape for me and her, as well as two single rooms in the hotel. Our kitchen and living room served as a gatering place for 5 of us for pre-dinner cocktails and nightcaps.The views of the city from every room were spectacular! It was perfect in every way! We will be recommending to our friends and plan to return! Great job to all of the wonderful staff and hosts!!

Beautiful condo with great views of the mountains all while being in the heart of downtown Asheville. The photos on VRBO were very accurate and did not disappoint. It was well furnished and supplied. Full kitchen was perfect for a night in and would have been great if we were staying longer. Large TV in living room was great for watching the game. The condo is on the 10th floor providing great views. It was too hot to open the slider window but definitely would during cooler months. The Kimpton hotel bar downstairs was very nice. We did not use the gym. Once we made the reservation we were provided with a lot of useful information about the local area and information to make check in and check out easy. We would definitely book this condo or with the management company again.

Blue Ridge Escape exceeded our expectations! The views were amazing and the condo was in pristine condition. We have stayed at the Kimpton numerous times but will stay in the condo when available from now on. Also The building and Asheville in general is very dog friendly. We will be back!

This is our home away from home. The room itself is absolutely gorgeous and the location and amenities are also five star. We make it a point to try to come to Asheville every year and when it’s just our family of four, we always stay here. Come back to Asheville everyone! It’s still beautiful and Helene left her mark but Asheville is the stronger for it!

I am in Asheville every 4 to 6 weeks and have stayed at various places. I have to say this place was an absolute gem. The unit was clean, bed was very comfortable, automatic / electric window treatments were a very nice perk and the views were stunning. I had an issue getting the units key box to work to obtain the FOB’s. I made one call and Mr. Will with the assistance of Ms. Bonnie had me in the unit within minutes. Thanks again to the both of you. I will stay here again.

In a single word, DELIGHTFUL. My wife and I just returned home from BLUE RIDGE ESCAPE and we both think it was an awesome experience. The condo was beautiful and located right in the middle of downtown Asheville. And the fact the condo was dog friendly made it even better. The communication from the Host was spot on and professional and there were no issues with the condo. It was absolutely as advertised. The Arras building is exceptionally clean and the restaurant and bar were both excellent. We can without reservation recommend this property and we can't wait to visit again.

This property had great view of the mountains and was in walking distance of many places to eat. It was very clean and easy to access.

Hello - Thank you for a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the western views here vs staying on the Pack Square side. It was lovely to see the sunsets. One thing that would have helped a bit was having access to overnight charging of electric vehicles. I know they weren't working and I understand things are slowly getting back to normal, but that would have been super helpful. In the meantime, I'd recommend that any guests who need it go to Sam's Club, they have superfast chargers and it's relatively close-by. The chargers in the nearby garages aren't very good and are hard to actually get. One other thing that was pretty awesome, but I suspect might be hard to manage in the busy season, it the access I had to my car. Nicki and the team kept my car on the deck and I was able to basically walk out and jump in, without having to have the valet get it. It was great because I was in/out quite a bit transporting my mother (who is in a wheelchair) to/from her house in town. I'm not sure if you would consider an option in which this is a special service (for an additional fee perhaps), but it was a game changer for us this trip. Finally, I'd like to add that everyone was really easy and helpful, from all of the valets to the tall porter who helped with our luggage and equipment. Looking forward to our next stay. The property was just as it is listed. Convenient location. We loved it for walking everywhere.

Easy check-in/out with extremely polite and helpful valets on each of our 5 days there. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and had most things one would need for cooking, including plenty of spices. The park across from the hotel was great for walking our dog and she got lots of treats and petting from the staff. It is in a great location for restaurants and shopping and the valet parking made it easy when we went to Biltmore, the NC Arboretum and hiking since downtown can be crowded. We had dinner outdoors at Bargello's, which was a nice meal in a dog friendly setting. Bouchon's is another nearby restaurant with great French food that is dog friendly. For the most part, everything was perfect. My only issue was sirens and way too loud motorcycles late at night, particularly on the weekend. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend taking some earplugs. Would definitely return and again, the staff were exemplary!!

Absolutely gorgeous property right in the heart of downtown. The property as fantastic and the wall to wall windows have the most incredible views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our brief stay, only 2 days. Had to return home because of Hurricane Debbie. Great location, valet parking worked well. In the center of Asheville with lots of interesting venues. Would stay there again.
