Unit 172 building 26 is a top floor corner unit of a two story building with a nice ocean view. You have a nice view of the pond that sits on the property from your Lani as well. Enjoy the extra airflow and added privacy by way of this top floor corner unit in a low rise two-story building with great vaulted ceiling’s. The front door is located at the end of the hallway so there is nobody walking by the door or in a unit above you,, lots of privacy! Three sides of this one bedroom one bathroom condominium are open by way of louver doors and or windows to be able to take advantage of the trade winds. This turn key condominium is steps away from the beautiful sandy beach that our resort sits on. Other amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach athletic club, 24 hours of security, complementary towel and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, Internet access and more. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. There will be an additional $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. We just purchased this condo in February 2025. We did a complete renovation which was finished April 2025. This condo is brand new and just as nice as Unit 172. It is a ground floor corner unit that has a beautiful view of the twin bridges in the center of the property.
