Wonderful time on 30a! Condo has spectacular views and is extremely spacious. Complex is spotless- grills are the best we have ever used at the beach, pool and common area are pristine!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The condo was everything as advertised and was by far one of the nicest we have rented. We felt like we were at home, but with the beach right outside. It was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies, so we did not have to go out to eat every night. The location was perfect. We walked out of the condo and either went to the pool or the beach. The two beach chairs that come with the unit were a bonus. We brought some extra chairs, since we had 6 adults in our party. The condo was in walking distance to the center of town. My family used the gym daily or ran outside in the neighborhood. The parking was covered and close to the elevators. Robin was very responsive to any questions. This by far was one of our best vacations. Thank you Robin and John for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Absolute perfection!

We absolutely loved this property. This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the Blue Mountain Condos. This was by far the nicest place that we have stayed at. The property manager was great and easy to get a hold of when needed. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this condo!!

Great vacation spot for our family of 4 with adult children Grandma. Wonderful location, easy beach access, and parking. Definitely a family friendly condo complex w/many children at beach and pool.Pictures are accurate, updated open concept with large dining and living area. Beautiful balcony views of gulf with large outside dining area. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean and well maintained. Beach area was busy, but reserved chairs helped designate individual space. Inside scoop: reserve chairs early to get front row seating. No tents allowed on the beach.We have stayed at multiple condo resorts in Blue Mountain Beach, this was voted the favorite by the entire family. We will definitely be booking with Robin again!

We had a such a fun and relaxing stay at this beautiful condo!! Robin is a wonderful host, very personable and she went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed! The condo is very clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. The location is great and the balcony with high seated chairs for seeing the beautiful view over the railing is a thoughtful and appreciated perk! The included beach set up was a great addition to our stay! We can’t wait to go back!

We have stayed in this complex before and this was the best condo accommodations with the 3rd bathroom. The location and amenities are great! Pool and private beaches steps away. This condo was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The host made renting, checking in and out so easy!

We just really enjoyed our time with my son and his wife and our grandchildren. Haven’t done this at the beach before.

Great location. Beautiful condo.

This is a great property and option for Blue Mountain. The property easily slept our family of 5 with a couple extra kid friends. A little wear and tear at this point of summer, but the owner was responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again.

We loved our week here. If you can't tell by the photos, this condo is huge with a big deck that overlooks the pool and ocean. We had great breezes and an outstanding view of the moon while we were there. One thing of note: The Wi-Fi lagged at times, which made watching TV and streaming a struggle a couple of nights. Otherwise, there was great communication with the owner and the condo came equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again.

Large condo with beautiful views!

We really enjoyed our stay, the owner was so kind. We have stayed in four different units and this was by far our favorite. We can’t wait to go back next year.
