Stayed Jul 7, 2024Overall experience was really nice. My family would definitely choose to stay here again. Everything we needed was in the condo and that made our stay really relaxing. There were renovations taking place. That wasn't a bother, but there was no hallway lighting in the exterior hallway and that felt like a safety concern. Another suggestion is to put clear instructions on how to lock the door behind us. We were a bit confused on that on day one. Also, a sturdier door frame would make guests feel safer. You could see into a large gap around the front door and the door frame had been split like someone had busted into it. These are just some suggestions. The condo overall was really enjoyable, and the owners have thoughtfully accommodated their guests. We would love to return here next year and see how the renovations came out.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Beautiful Place and Awesome location. My only complaint is: the parking was awful. This was one of my concerns and I was told We've never had a problem with parking and there is an over-flow lot. When we arrived there was no where to park. I call the owner was told the over-flow lot was for the sister building next door. Which was full also. I could double park on the street. I didn't feel comfortable with Double Parking on the street. I only use my handicap parking pass when I absolutely have too, so I did, I parked in the only open space for the building, only to find out my vehicle was almost towed because they did not see my handicap parking pass. Grateful for the neighbor that diverted this. After the holiday on Tuesday seems like there was not an issue with parking as much. Said all of that to say this: If you go during a busy holiday, expect to be on your own for parking.

Stayed Apr 10, 2022Our family of 6 adults and 2 children need space and the property fit our needs perfectly. The upstairs suite was great as it allowed separation (read, quietness lol) for us and our kids and grandkids their own separate areas downstairs. The only area I gave 3 stars in was cleanliness as there was hair all over the spiral staircase and a used washcloth left in one of the main level bathrooms. We love this area (2nd trip!!) and will definitely be back to create more great family memories!!!

Stayed Mar 20, 2022Our family of 6 (from 7 to 67 years old) thoroughly enjoyed our week on the beach. Beautiful condo with a well-equipped kitchen, right on the ocean front, with 2 beach chairs & an umbrella set up for us every day. We saw dolphins the first morning from our oceanfront balcony & them enjoyed a sunset dolphin cruise where we saw so many dolphins frolicking in the water and treating us to our own dolphin show in the ocean. We are grateful for this great week on the beach!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a nice little space to spend a beach trip! Condo is well-loved, so if you’re looking for brand new go elsewhere. But this was comfy, slightly off-the-beaten path, and a smaller building so less crowds on the beach. Would stay here again!

Stayed Mar 29, 2021Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) had a wonderful stay at Blue Dolphin #402. The unit is spacious, nicely decorated, and clean with beautiful views from both balconies. The living room was comfortable. The kitchen is smallish for a large group but well equipped for cooking meals in the unit (be sure to bring salt/pepper, cooking spray etc). Having 3 full bathrooms was convenient. Our section of beach was very clean and uncrowded. Seriously the best spot on Fort Walton Beach!
