Blu 207 ~ Oceanfront 4BR/3BA, Sleeps 12, Luxurious Resort!

I want to start by saying this condo has everything and is well stocked. The view is top notch with plenty of seating to sit out and enjoy and very large area of beautiful beach to either sit or look at. The Facility is very well kept and we can see why this place comes so highly recommended. We look forward to coming back next year

This condo was great, it was in a great location to the beach and pool area. Very spacious inside with lots of room. Everything you needed was there. The balcony area was very large with lots of room for everyone. We plan on staying here in the future. Thanks for the great vacation.

Our family had a great stay at Blu condos! Beautiful views of the gulf and easy access to the pools and ocean! Elevators worked pretty fast. I would recommend this to any family looking for a getaway or vacation! :)

Last year we were able to book two weeks in Blu 207 for our Christmas holiday. We loved Blu 207 so much that this year we booked four weeks and celebrated Christmas and New Year's. Blu 207 did not disappoint! Enjoying the sun, watching dolphins, walks on the beach and just relaxing in the pool, Hot Tub and sitting around the fire pit was so relaxing . Room for our entire family of 8 to spread out with the ability to have privacy. Sadly another family beat us to booking Blu 207 for the Christmas Holiday. I know they will have as much fun as we have had making memories. We love Coastal Vibe and Blu so much that we booked two other condos in Blue so we can invite more extended family to join us for Christmas and New Years! Dave and his team are truly above and beyond!

We great enjoyed this condo! We loved eating breakfast and lunch on the huge balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean. The pools were great, especially for my 19 month old grandson and the condo was beautiful and clean. Also loved the keyless system! Thanks for a great week!

A very pleasant stay.

The description of the property well matches the experience that we had - well cleaned, well stocked, and in a very great location in the building (end of the hallway on the second floor). The area of Fort Walton is on the quieter side, if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Destin. There is a lot of good restaurants and fun experiences for our kiddos and teenagers. The reason for the three stars for communication is that we never had received the check-in information which led to a lot of confusion and frustration as we were trying to get to a reservation that night upon arrival. The property manager was very receptive and already changed their system so that future renters will have better communication within 24 hours of their arrival. I was very impressed with how they handled things!

The best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. Plenty of room for us 5 adults and 2 children. Location was great. Close to steps or elevator. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing and the color scheme was gorgeous! The only 2 issues we had were that there were very few handicap parking places that are not assigned and we had a handicap parent with us so unfortunately we didn’t get the parking places for her. The only other issue was the living room furniture. The couch was so low and uncomfortable for older people. There was only one small couch and 2 small chairs to accommodate a 4 bedroom condo. Everything else was perfect and the person we talked to was extremely nice.
