A comfortable sofa and Smart TV invite you to unwind after a day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four, or step out onto the enclosed private balcony for fresh air. Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and TVs, ensuring everyone has their own space. The master suite features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, with its Disney-themed decor, offers two twin beds or a queen, depending on the layout, and easy access to the second full bathroom. The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible, consider using them for trips to theme parks or other destinations. The condo's proximity to major roads ensures a smooth journey, whether you're driving or using a ride-sharing service.

Important House Rules – Trash Policy

To maintain Oakwater community standards:



• All trash must be bagged and taken to the main dumpster near the clubhouse.

• No trash may be left inside the unit.

• Trash must be removed before checkout.



If excessive trash is left inside or not properly disposed of, an $85 trash removal fee will apply.
