Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall our stay was delightful. The walk to and from the beach was a little long for our kiddo but we got to see lots of wildlife everyday crossing the bayou.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The property was nice but could use some updates. Dishwasher is an antique but grateful to have it. Sink in bathroom was slow to drain and so was the shower. Room was clean and most amenities were there. Usually when I stay places there’s leftover items this place was bare bones as far as anything that could be assistance for spices or ziplock bags or even coffee filters. You must purchase everything which is outrageously expensive on the island. So pack your own coffee filters if u want coffee or pay $10 for some at cvs or the grocery store. Staff at the office were sweet and we were thankful for their “extras” they let us borrow! Such a good system and they really saved us!! Loved the location and the private access to the beach. We rented kayaks but you have to make reservations so do it early there’s two timeslots for the day. Pool was okay nothing special but clean! It was pretty warm like bath water but that isn’t anything they can help in the summer! We had a nice time at this house!

Stayed Jun 4, 2022We had such an amazing time in Sanibel at this property. It was cozy and felt like home. They supplied the home with everything we needed to feel right at home and it fit our family of four perfectly. It was a great location near both the pool and the access to the beach. We had a few hiccups with things that were outdated and needing replaced (closet doors, lock on the back sliding door, cabinets, kitchen table etc.) But the beds were comfortable, the couches were cozy and it was a wonderful stay! We will definitely be booking again.

Stayed Apr 23, 2022We have visited Blind Pass for several seasons, and have tried many different units. Out of all the buildings we’ve stayed in, Building E is our favorite. This unit is super close to the pool, and the lanai is wonderful for keeping all of your pool/beach stuff and having morning coffee. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were decent. This unit does look as pictured online, though there has definitely been a lack of upkeep with the little things. Clock on the living room wall doesn’t work All ceiling fans had a thick layer of dust on the blades Many lightbulbs out between the dining room and bathrooms Master bedroom tub does not drain.. it took 4 hours to fully drain after a shower.. we had to learn that the hard way. The other bathroom has a green/gunky shower head that really needs replacing. The kitchen table has a clear sticky substance on it that just won’t clean off, and one of the legs on a kitchen chair was so loose it almost falls off when you move the chair. That could be a hazard for someone that sits without paying attention first. The plastic cups in the kitchen are all cracked/cloudy, and needed replacing probably a couple of years ago by the looks of them. Other than the list of TLC things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back on sanibel island this winter!

Stayed Feb 26, 2022We had several disappointing issues when we first arrived but Taylor and Tom took great care of us and did their best to resolve them quickly. It was almost impossible to read the temperature to set the oven. The property has no dish towels or cloths and only 1 oven mitt. Maybe other guests don’t cook or do any dishes by hand. I needed them & something to wash the countertop etc. so had to purchase those items. Hopefully they stayed in the condo. Also there was nothing in the cupboards as far as salt or pepper so be prepared. Those are the only negatives except for the noseeums the last week which ate us alive! It is a comfortable condo. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. It is a great location on the island and close to pool, tennis and path to the beach. Lanai is comfortable and quite private with the foliage around it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed Feb 5, 2022Loved this area on Sanibel. Less people, we’ll kept resort. The condo is definitely in need of updates. Rusty bathtub, outdated decor and furniture. The very outdated vertical blinds are broken as well as front screen door. The outdoor patio was nice. Some privacy because of palm trees. Did miss the water views.

Stayed Sep 5, 2020Our stay did not start well. Checked in on Saturday with no A/C and no electricity in both bathrooms and master ceiling fan. Ladies in the office tried to be as helpful as they could be. On Sunday an A/C tech came out and it was determined there was nothing wrong just bad instructions on unit. Had one box for the humidistat and another one marked “Alarm” to set the temperature. What?? Didn’t see that coming. On Tuesday electricians came and just tightened a breaker and had plenty of power. Vertical blinds absolutely need to be replaced. Hard to open. Didn’t close completely and slats kept falling on the floor. Long past their lifetime. Having said all this we have already put a deposit on this unit for next year. Grounds are absolutely breathtaking and people could not have been nicer.
