Welcome to Unit D106 at Blind Pass Condominiums a beautifully enhanced 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat designed with modern coastal flair and comfort in mind. This spacious ground-floor unit features an inviting open porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with an evening breeze.
Step into the stylishly updated kitchen, complete with a striking backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island with barstools for extra dining space. The open-concept layout allows the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the dining and living areas ideal for entertaining or family gatherings.
The living room offers a large, cozy sectional and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect space for movie nights or catching the big game. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably, with additional seating at the bar.
The master bedroom boasts a charming farmhouse-style king bedroom set, another flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is a cheerful coastal retreat with two queen beds adorned in serene blue nautical decor.
The main bathroom includes a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo and a double sink vanity for added convenience.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom has a King bed with a new mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second beach-themed bedroom has two brand new queen mattresses. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated including new floors, tiled showers, vanities and fixtures. The condo layout with living area between each bedroom/bathroom offers ample space and privacy for two couples or a family.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is completely renovated with granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances and lovely white cabinetry. You ll find all the dishes, pots and pans needed in your home away from home. The kitchen is open to the main living area with a large central island and counter seating.

    Easy to check in/out, very accommodating property owner. Condo was beautiful, great location, close to beach and pool. About a 30 minute drive to town, which we didn’t mind. Close to shell museum and wildlife areas. Really nice to be able to use kayaks and beach toys/chairs/cooler/wagon. Highly recommend!!!!

    This was our first year staying at Blind Pass and I would highly recommend it. The grounds are beautifully maintained and our unit was spotless. The staff were all eager to help with anything that we needed and were extremely knowledgeable about all the different units when we booked our stay for next year.

    D 106 is as advertised. Completely updated and in immaculate condition. All the beach equipment you could need is there. The kitchen was more than stocked with all necessities. The living room furniture was comfortable. Washer and dryer appear brand new and functioned fantastic. This unit is steps away from the pool and clubhouse and is very close to the covered parking space. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The second bed room beds were ok. I was pleasantly impressed with how nice the grounds were kept. The use of kayaks was incredible as we got to witness Manatees up close. One word of advise. Going to the beach at night is a no no. We tried one evening and were promptly turned away by thousands of bites from the No-See-Ums. The sunsets from the beach were amazing. Already looking forward to a return trip.
