Savor your morning coffee on the furnished screened-in lanai or return from the beach to enjoy the afternoon island breezes among the palm trees. A short walk to the white sands of Bowman's Beach and a short bike ride to J.N. Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Blind Pass is the perfect home base to explore the incredible shelling, birding, dolphins, sunsets and more, that Sanibel has to offer. This 2-bedroom unit is a spacious (1,250 sq. ft.) second-floor unit, which has been completely renovated with bright Sanibel-themed decor. The updated condo has all new carpet/flooring, LG appliances (including full size fridge and washer/dryer), granite countertops, ample lighting and completely renovated bathrooms. The main living area and huge kitchen island are inviting and perfect for entertaining family or groups of friends. Once you visit, you'll want to return.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom has Sanibel-themed bird decor (by local artists), a new Sealy Cool Memory Foam mattress and an ensuite bathroom with shower and Bluetooth enabled fan/speaker. The second beach-themed bedroom has two brand new full Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses and its own bathroom. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated including new tile floors, tiled showers, vanities and fixtures with comfort height toilets. The condo layout with living area between each bedroom/bathroom offers ample space and privacy for two couples or a family.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is completely renovated with granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances and lovely white maple cabinetry. You'll find all the dishes, pots and pans needed in your home away from home. The kitchen is open to the main living area with a large central island and counter seating for four.

Dining and Living Room: The dining room table will easily accommodate 6 for dinner. The living room also has a pull-out queen size sofa bed to accommodate overflow.
