Seasons at Sandpoint is a professionally managed private lakefront community comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos as well as 5-bedroom townhomes. It is nestled in the charming city of Sandpoint, directly on the shores of Idaho’s largest lake, 43-mile-long Lake Pend Oreille. Stayed Dec 7, 2025We are regular visitors to Seasons at Sandpoint and this particular unit is our favorite. Super well stocked in the kitchen with great appliances and cookware, beds are very comfortable and nice homey feel.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025Overall, we had a nice week long stay. The location allows you to walk to everything and access walking and biking trails without using a car. The provided bikes do need some maintenance however, so may wish to bring your own.

Season is a terrific property,friendly staff, clean and quiet.Condo was great , only complaint were the single beds in the spare room , mattresses need to be replaced.Condo had everything we needed, very well stocked and decorated- thanks youNo issues coming down through the US or Canadian borders-Kingsgate was great.Pool, weight room,hot tub we’re terrific places to relaxSometimes overrun by kids and toys but all worked out great Hoping to return soon Thanks to everyone!The Dales

Stayed Nov 13, 2024We visit our daughter and her family in Sandpoint 3-4 times per year and have stayed in a variety of places. The Seasons is by far our favorite. From the amenities to the location, it can’t be beat. And the staff also is always ready to serve.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Beautiful condo centrally located in heart of Sandpoint, ID. If you like to cook, as our family does, condo has all necessary appliances and utensils needed. Private beach is kept in immaculate shape. BBQ area great for family events.
