BIG, beautiful; just steps to beach, OCEANblock! 2nd floor w/ocean & bay views.

I enjoyed the home. It was a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed ourselves and also a good custard stand across the street. Bowling alley on 72nd street and so much more to do. Marcy was terrific a true gem. We will be back next August

Location is perfect and a quick, easy walk to the beach!! The “welcome” messages were very off putting at first as others had said. The house was not nearly as clean as we were expecting after those messages. Such as the coffee pot was dirty and still had grounds, hair all over both of the tubs, stove was dirty with old food, the dryer was dirty and filled with lint, garbage, food and other people’s dirty clothes on the floor, ants in the 3 bunk bed room (on the walls and everything) and broken traps which leaked on the counter by the stove…and a few more things that we just weren’t expecting with the standards of cleaning that were explained. We had issues with the linen service a few times with them forgetting things and the owner was quick to help. And then had to message multiple times and didn’t get our things until 9:30pm. I would recommended bringing your own blankets, since the ones the linen service provided were very thin. Overall it was fine, but we would probably find somewhere a little nicer for the same price range next time.

Short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped. Marcy was exceptional, very easy to work with. We had an enjoyable week.

Beautiful home with an excellent location along with off street parking. The beds and furniture in house very comfortable. Communication with property owner was great!

Marcy was great and very attentive. The property was clean and perfect for us. We loved the convenience of the property to the beach and basically being right in the middle of Ocean City. Bus stops were close by going both north and south. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Ocean City.

Marcy was very responsive any time I texted her. Her property is beautiful, this is our 2nd time staying here. Very close to the beach, only. 2-3 min walk. We love it here!

Great place to stay with quick beach access. The stay is on the second floor, so if there is anyone in your group that has problems with stairs, recommend searching for something in a lower level.

5 star rental. Great location for dining out and only a short walk to a perfect beach. (Quiet and less crowded than most places we have stayed). The front deck is so spacious and we had great views of the ocean and bay! Marcy was a wonderful host! Thank you, Marcy for sharing your beach home.

The owner was amazing, she extremely easy to contact, and very cordial and down to earth (I knew that from the first message months earlier). The place was so relaxing and the location is right off the beach yet close to so many restaurants. Our stay was outstanding to say the least. And I plan on coming back to the same place the next time I visit Ocean City.

Super nice property. Very clean and great location. Owner is great communicator and easy to get in touch with and allowed us to check in early.
