The best place to stay!!!!!

The location was good. The condo was alright I would stay there again. The only few things that were flaws for my family were, the freezer makes no ice, the bed in the master bedroom needs a thicker mattress pad or something the bed is hard. There weren’t enough pillow cases for king size pillows, could use a couple more dish towels there’s only one. No extra toilet paper or paper towels so make sure you get extra. The unit needs a good deep clean. There is black mold in the master bathroom ceiling vent, shower grout needs scrubbed good. Everything needs dusted thoroughly. Furniture in living room had a few stains. Other than all of that it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice comfortable condo and nice property. Good location close to restaurants and attractions for kids. Only problem we had we had was icemaker out. Just bought a bag of ice.

The condo and building were amazing! Exactly as describe, beautiful view, great location, everything was perfect! We even had dolphins swim by every morning.

We realized within a couple of hours. Contacted the office, they said they found it. I asked them to mail it to me, they said they would. It has been three weeks and they have not. Really rude when I call to inquire about if they have mailed it. Do not use this company.

The condo was nice with a great location! The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. My only suggestion would be that duvet covers would be better than the quilts/comforters that were on the bed.

The Condo was in great condition, the furniture and décor up to date and the Views from the Expansive Deck were Breath Taking!! Can't say enough about how beautiful that view was and how comfortable the Condo was. The Golden Sunsets from the Balcony where Breath taking! The Condo is located in the heart of the fun things to do at PCB, everything was close. The Property amenities were as advertised. We loved the pools and hot tub, Enjoyed grilling steaks and chicken under the Pergola...and the white sandy beach and turquoise blue water was right there!! The staff had the unit ready for us when we arrived, and the staff that maintains the property kept everything operating as it should. We did not have to reach out for any assistance. We just enjoyed our selves thoroughly! We loved shopping at South Pier, Eating at the oceanfront restaurants (Sharkey's, Runaway Island, and Harpoon Harry's all had great views, great service and great food)! We were there in November (the off season) so it was uncrowded. We just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for providing such an Awesome Place to vacation!! Book this Unit! You Wont Regret it!! Reviewer Comments: We been to Panama City Beach a lot in the past always renting different condos It was our firs time in Ocean villa .We enjoyed the condo very spacious absolutely loved the kitchen is very well accommodated we got everything we needed, rooms are very cozy and special thanks to housekeeping very clean.Finding parking spots a piece of cake super easy.The only one things need improvement in my opinion a mattress in master bedroom is uncomfortable and squeaky both of us me and my husband were having back pain every morning other than that we loved everything.I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family Hope to come back again.

The elevators at Ocean Villa has been a problem for a few years it seems, as only 1 of the 3 seem to be working at a time. My only complaint is the 4% fee for credit card payments. In this day and age, money orders or certified checks that can get lost isn’t ideal, and credit cards is the norm. A minor inconvenience that cost a few hundred extra dollars I could’ve used for those boys’ dinner! lol. The unit was very nice, clean, easily accessible and all codes and instructions were supplied just prior to check in. 9am is a bit early for check out. We had a great time and will return again!

We loved this condo so much and definitely book again next time. This was our first time to the gulf and this place is in the perfect location. We have zero complaints about anything!
