The room was clean & just like the pictures showed. Super close to the beach & pool. Will definitely come back here! Phil was easy to work with!

Loved the location and set-up. Phil was super helpful and responded quickly. My only issue was my 2yo could open the door from the inside. So I had to keep chain on, but he still kept opening and shutting the door against the chain. It was his favorite thing. lol. Luckily we stayed at the beach and our friends place must of the time.

The location of this unit was amazing. Right across the street from the beach. The unit was clean and well decorated.

Condo was clean and well equipped. There was maintenance on the units behind and the pool was not comfortable with the painters around pool all day. Entry walkway could be cleaner. Overall stay was nice

This was a great location and the condo is really nice and furnished well .The kitchen had all essentials.Beach chairs and umbrella was also provided.The patio is very nice with a view and comfortable seating.

We have enjoyed this condo the last three years. The porch facing the ocean is our favorite spot. We love the complex location and all that is offered on site ( access to beautiful beach,2 pools, hot tub, laundry facilities). It is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shop and other businesses. Our host always does his best to stock the condo with necessities. Any questions or problems are answered promptly.

My husband and I stayed a week Oct 12-19. The unit was awesome, clean and had everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay. The private beach was right across from the unit. Lovely place right on the beach and we look forward to staying again soon!

We had a great experience. Love staying at Gulfview. It’s always clean, quiet, easy access to the beach, and close to all Destin has to offer.

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo is in a great location across from the beach and walking is easy. It was clean and the décor is cute. Parking is close and easy. A couple negatives would be it needs a few repairs but nothing that is vital to a good vacation. One thing I would recommend is more access to outlets/power. Because its an older property, there are not very many outlets (possible one not working). With the need to charge cell phones all the time we would have liked more extension cords or some other similar solutions.

We love the location of Gulfview. Close to a private beach and good restaurants. And its way more quiet than being right in Destin. If i had to nitpick id complain about the shower. It is slow to drain. But that wont stop is from coming back.

Great ambience and the apt looks amazing. Phil is great communicating with all the details and/or any changes. We’ll definitely coming back.

Comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach.

This is the 5th year we have stayed at gulfview. Very quiet and convenient.

Nice place, comfortable bed. Washer/Dryer not in unit, but still very convenient. Great place for 2 people. Would probably stay again.
