Stayed May 18, 2023This unit was very clean. The beach and pool areas are very nice. Not really walkable to anything but you can get most anything within a mile or so. Owner was very communicative and responsive.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025If you are looking for a condo right on the beach that won’t break the bank this is it!! We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the closet with all the beach things was a wonderful bonus! We loved the fact that you are between all the high rise condo complex’s… no fighting for a spot on the beach as this is a smaller condo complex. Tired of the beach, sand or Jellyfish, no worries, head right on over to the pool! Mark was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions and very responsive! This was our first time to Orange Beach (we normally go to FL) we will definitely be back and stay here again. We had a fabulous trip, but it’s hard to have a bad day when you are at the beach!

Stayed May 22, 2025All condos are at least one flight of stairs above ground level. The elevator was not available and We had two elderly and a toddler to negotiate the stairs all our stay.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We don't go a lot of places while on vacation just mainly use the time to relax. Easy access to the beach with lots of good places to eat very close by. We love this area!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We had an amazing trip! The location of this property is so good! The carts that are provided to help you get your stuff to your condo are the best thing ever. We had a lot of stuff (we cooked almost every meal). The condo was so quiet. If there was any noise at night at all we never heard it! We would rent this condo again!
