    3 of us stayed in rental all over 55 years old. It needs updating but we were shocked to have to pay 55 per parking pass. I’ve stayed on 30A and never paid for a parking pass. Brett Robinson??? Not to mention the ridiculous noise from all of the construction going on from 7 am until. I have a video it won’t let me post. The toilet was so low to ground we all needed help getting up. I won’t stay here again. I hate writing a bad review,

    This was the perfect size for my two daughters and myself and friend. Bathroom needs to be upgraded with some paint and a new door and vanity cabinet but overall it was perfect. I'd stay again.

    Arrived super early and enjoyed the facility, was told 4pm was checkin and even kept check on it..4:18 i walked up to the deak again and my key info way laying there and had been ready , but i never got a call or txt??? Also only 1 roll of toilet paper ? No ice unless u buy it?? We enjoyed the stay but few small things were frustrating

    Property management I cannot speak highly enough for! They were prompt to address any concerns, they went above and beyond to help us with any of our requests! Five Stars is deserved for this part of the stay all by itself! The room overall is in the process of being updated (or so it appears) so apply some grace if its not perfect but truly I think it depends on the family. For my crew, it was great for what we needed. We love the Brett Robinson team and will be continuing our tradition of booking with them for our stays in the area!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix III. The room was clean, the location was great, we could have access to all the other phoenix condominium pools and facilities it was a wonderful stay.

    The location was exactly what we wanted. However the photos definitely do t tell the whole story. The unit was dirty and seemed like it needed a fresh coat of paint and some love. More then likely we won’t be staying here again

    Our first visit to Orange Beach was out of necessity as we were in Panama City Beach when The Hurricane Evacuation Order was given. The condo was quite a bit smaller than we are used to but it was a last ditch effort to continue our vacation, saying that, it had everything we needed to make the best of vacations. Blues and greens were well represented through-out (could use an update on the sleeper sofa), cute as could be. The property is awesome, the town a delight, we toured Fort Morgan, the Wharf and the State Park. We ate everywhere we could, even a couple of very small lunch diners and am happy to report not a bad meal in the bunch! The property manager's email gave us useful tips and info.for which we are grateful. After the Hurricane we found beautiful shells, the beach was literally littered with them and as the mob(lol, us and a hundred more) flocked to the shore we found them to our delight, many showing off the Treasure of the moment while receiving the appropriate ooh's and aah's , and some giving tips on where the best cache was to be found. All in all was a very pleasant trip to a beautiful town. Thank You

    Loved the view!!! Everything was as pictured!! This was our favorite vacation. Only downfall was the dryer did not work great and had to dry towels for way too long.
