Best Sunset View In The Pacific

This condo was great for a large group. There were 10 of us. Plenty of room. The views of the bay from the deck were spectacular! Watched whales feeding in the bay. Fabulous beach for walking. The condo has a pool dedicated to the condo building which we had mostly to ourselves! This condo/resort is situated cliff side so there is a far amount of walking! There is a gondola if needed. Mari the housekeeper/cook made us wonderful breakfast most mornings. We had her get groceries for a BBQ which they prepared for us to cook! The condo could use a little maintenance. Some of the door knobs in the bedroom kept coming off. One of the showers and bathroom sink was slow to drain. Also a few of the bath mats were stained and could use replacing. This condo is situated in a beautiful location.

My family and my sister's family recently stayed here and absolutely loved our place. Pictures didn't do it justice. Absolutely stunning views. Our families loved Mari and her hospitality and cooking! She is a gem! With 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms everyone had lots of space but we spent most of our time outside! Recommended for 2/3 families or 4 couples! Ixtapa is clean and we felt safe. Thanks for everything!

We spent our Spring Break at Santiago's condo with 2 other families. We loved happy hour watching the sunsets from the infiniti pool every evening. We had lots of room for everyone and eating on the covered balcony overlooking the ocean was great. Access to the all-inclusive facilities was nice - we used the kayaks and paddle boards and the boys liked being able to order drinks at the beach! But the absolute best part of our stay was having Mari cook us breakfast and lunch everyday as well as keeping the place spotless! We really enjoyed out fish tacos, shrimp, fish and rice and beef and beans - mexican stye - delicious!! And Mari was just great to have around; we really enjoyed having her there! This 5 bedroom condo is very spacious and is perfect for a large family and/or group. There was a total of 11 adults and 4 kids (all under 8) in our group and there wasn’t a time when the condo felt overcrowded. Epi and Elizabeth cooked some amazing Mexican dishes at our request. We provided them with our preferred menu for the day and cash to purchase any food/supplies they needed to make the meals. The condo was always clean and the beds were always made. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thanks to an English to Spanish translator app, it made communicating with them a little easier, as they do not speak English. Fernando (concierge) was extremely helpful with arranging transportation, restaurant reservations and booking golf. The private infinity pool is located approximately 20 steps down from the condo and provides a gorgeous view of the hotels and beaches of Ixtapa. There were 2 other pools located down by the beach. The kids are still reminiscing about the vacation and all of the fun they had swimming and jumping in the pools, jumping waves in the ocean and building sandcastles. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for a vacation with kids. We had coffee every morning on the balcony at the condo. We watched the sunrise, the crowds of fisherman on the shore and families of dolphins jumping in and out of the ocean. The view was breathtaking. When we arrived, we were given wrist bands that allowed us access to all areas of the Pacifica Resort. pools, restaurants, beach bars, a private cabana….full access for all. Whatever we ordered at the restaurant or bar was charged to our room and paid for at the end of our stay. As a group, we took a trip to Ixtapa Island…this is a must! Ixtapa island is a beautiful beach that offers snorkeling on one side of the island and swimming on the other. We took taxi’s to the marina, then a water taxi across to Ixtapa Island. I would highly recommend this place to others, especially large families and/or groups.

Beautiful and spacious condo with fantastic views and attentive staff. Pool and beach location were great. Food made by the maids was always delicious. All the staff at the resort were great and always helpful. We spent every night and morning hanging out on the balcony. Downside - 5 bedroom condo with only enough hot water for one shower per day - problem was never fixed while we were there but the owner said he was going to fix the problem for the next guests. Air conditioning in one room didn't work and wasn't functioning while we were there. Also some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable, but the staff moved things around to make it work for us. All together we would recommend this place to others, especially large groups. Ixtapa is a great beach town in Mexico and is not as crowded as other Mexican beaches, and it is REAL Mexico. Brush up on your Spanish if you are coming here!
