Great location, Beautiful room! The check-in process was relatively easy, but I was not a fan of being pressured into wasting any of my vacation time to attend a time share presentation. I would not waste your time with this in the future, they lied about the gifts and amount of time needed to spend to get the gifts. Other than this hiccup, it was a wonderful stay

Our short 4 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary was very disappointing. Our host booked us in a room that he did not have available. Our late check in turned into a very late evening as they could not find our reservation through our vrbo booking. When we contacted our host to advise him his immediate response was well you realize it’s 2 am. If we had a proper reservation we would not have contacted him. Once we finally had our room we later found out that we would have to move again into a place that we had not booked originally as the host had mismanaged his bookings. The 4 of us were asked to leave our room and wait until 4pm again to check in to a new hotel location. We had all our luggage and groceries and had nowhere to put our things. This took up one of our travel days. The host did not offer to compensate us in anyway for disrupting our already short trip for our wedding anniversary. Would advise not booking with this host!!

Let me start off by saying my husband and I always stay at the Wynn when we travel to LV. This time it was for a totally different reason….. EDC! We were not looking to spend Wynn room prices when we weren’t even going to enjoy all amenities. I specifically asked the owner of the condo we rented if this was going to be a 2x2 suite, or if it was gonna be two 1x1 with the attached door so we could have an open walkway through our rooms… I was told, yes. It took me 30/40 minutes to check in because the way the reservation was made (by the owner of the condo). They had us in split rooms on different floors. Luckily, I was able to speak to management and get it fixed… what hassle!!!! Then, they tried to sell me on a Time Share meeting!?!?!? Ummm NO!!! I think I’ll stick to the Wynn for further stays. Plus- they do not have a restaurant in the hotel, it’s only a Cafe with terrible food and service.
