True one-bedroom beach/ocean front condo with a queen size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. We have BLACK-OUT curtains for a restful night sleep. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, brand new furniture (living room), and ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living room. Central A/C unit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and cooler. We provide a key lock box, so you can ENTER the condo anytime.

The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Royal Sonesta Hotel, and the El San Juan Resort Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include an olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grill. Free assigned indoor parking with easy access to the elevators.

Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It is located on the strip on Isla Verde Avenue with easy access to restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental companies, and a 24-hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. A car is NOT necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful Island.

The condo is 10 minutes away and a $10 Uber ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire Island.
