The private parking spot is key. We would recommend Marc’s place for a family of 4 or for any guests looking for location!!

Stayed Apr 5, 2025My family had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better - about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Easy to check in (keyless entry) and great communication from the owner. Highly recommend to families!

Stayed Jan 28, 2025The unit was very clean and hasa super location. We walked along the picturesque walkway down to South Beach when we arrived and took in the amazing lights and sights. The next day we walked up the beach to I guess Palm Beach. Again all the sights and colorful shops and places to eat. As Marc had advised, the parking spot was tight and with our Ford Explorer, we had to back in, but very doable, and with the lication we didn't use the car while we were there.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024We had a great stay at Marc’s apartment and he was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Very short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants, etc within a short walk. We stayed for a long weekend and didn’t need to Uber anywhere.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024I stayed here as it was one of the few places that had a parking spot. It's a tight spot but with a garage door and safe off the street. The best thing is all thechairs for the beach and ther options to use in the storage compartment behind the parking spot. the location is great and actually quite yet close to the beach and all the places you would want to see in south beach. It is a great comfortable place.
