Best Location, 3rd floor condo! Enjoy the incredible views and privacy!

It was a smell that I couldn’t get rid of had to go back expensive air freshener and candles kitchen utensils was very old needs to be replaced didn’t have enough bath towels for all the guests and the sofa in the living room was very low sitting on it was very low

From start to finish, the stay was flawless! I highly recommend it!

Very clean condo! Well equiped kitchen. Great location acroos the street from the beach. Owner was very quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Laketown Wharf. The condo was great and exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, clean, and plenty of room! It was a great escape to the beach!

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned when arriving. WiFi wouldn’t work, bracelets never worked anywhere. The elevators were a nightmare between the waits and some not working. Employees were rude. We go to the beach a couple times a year and never have had such issues as we did this time. Will not book again through this condo

The room was immaculate! The door lock was hard to unlock at times. Sometimes it would take us about 5 times of putting in the door code before the lock would turn. Batteries may be going out. The property, however, was not as clean as the actual room. There was food and trash all over the walkway every day. However, we enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place in a great location!

It was clean, bright, and peaceful.

Unit was lacking enough towels, toilet tissue, and paper towel; towel racket broken; only one tiny bar of soap, sleeper sofa was dirty, sagging and very uncomfortable; coffee maker broken and no pot; had small broom but no dust pan; manager/owner didn’t return call on first day with questions about TV. Despite inconveniences, kids enjoyed the beach and pools.

The room was very misleading. When we arrived to Tuesday and when we arrived the slats for the bed in the guest bedroom were completely broken and unable to be used. We had to take the bed apart and put the mattresses on the floor to be able to sleep. When attempting to contact the host the number listed we t straight to voicemail the only way we were able to contact is through email and it was not until Wednesday until we heard back. The host did send maintenance to attempt to fix the bed however each time the Maintenance came my kids were sleeping and it was a huge inconvenience. Also, the drains in the guest tub and master sink had to be fixed as well. The walls were very dirty. The location of the condo was great. Just the cleanliness and overall up keep of the condo was not what we were expecting. I would not stay at this condo again.

This property was very misleading. I was assuming we had the view of the pool being as the picture was along with the others. There was pubic hair in the master bedroom shower. The queen size bedroom headboard wasn’t tightened to the bed, so that was shaking. The furniture is outdated as well. The air conditioner worked great! I was very disappointed and unsatisfied! Never again!!!

The rental itself is located in a perfect area. The rental was not clean. The master bedrooms linen had been slept on causing us to have to wash. The bath linen also had a wet smell even after washing.
