Stayed Sep 2, 2024Property was very well kept. Feels modern and decor is up to date. Very close to dog beach. One block to boardwalk & beach so is very convenient.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023perfect location close to boardwalk and between the 2 amusement piers. very clean and a good value. the pool is nice, off street parking spot, beach shower in the garage. A few things that were annoying - the refrigerator and AC are so loud, like wake you up at night when they come on, and I am normally a heavy sleeper. The fridge also didn't get very cold, may be going out. The unit is also just not very sound proof in general, you can hear cars music passing by, etc. Last thing is communication from the mgmt company - we weren't told which parking space was ours and some condo owners were trying to get our car towed bc we were in the wrong space. Luckily my husband overheard them talking and they were able to tell us which space was assigned to our unit. Overall, great spot, but manage your expectations around the amenities. It's a great location for a low key family beach trip!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022We stayed for a week we had 4 people. Very convenient location. Pool was nice. Does have laundry on site but note there is only one washer and dryer for the whole Building. The sofa doesn’t pull out to a real mattress. It pulls out to pretty much make the sofa square so u are sleeping on couch cushions. Which was fine for my kids. This building is in the dog beach area so there are quite a few dogs around. Beach does have a walkway more then halfway to the beach which is nice. Overall it was a nice vacation.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022We accidentally locked the door to the condo with the keys inside. To my surprise all it took was a phone call to the real estate agent handling the property. She drove over to unlock the door for us. We loved our stay and we are excited to secure the same condo for next year.
