The complex is also located adjacent to the famous North Turn restaurant in Ponce Inlet, Florida. The condo has southern exposure for sunshine all day on the largest stretch of pristine traffic free private beach in
Central Florida. Ponce Inlet Beach was voted the 9th nicest beach in the USA including Hawaii. The 1510 square foot Condo has great ocean views from the balcony and has sunset view of the inter-coastal waterway from the screened in Lanai. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and has a 40 inch flat panel TV. It also has access to the balcony where you enjoy looking out over the ocean. The master bath includes a large roman tub, double his and her vanity and separate glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a Private Bath and is equipped with 2 queen size beds and 32 inch flat panel TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bikes available for our guests to use. There are incredible sunset and Intercostal views from the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed that will accommodate two people, if needed. You can also see the raceway from the front lanai and eat in kitchen as well as from the 2nd bedroom. There is upgraded cable TV and high speed internet.

The unit also has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. The building also provides secure indoor parking, a full gym, party room with pool table, an outdoor pool with hot tub, and 24-hr. security. Enjoy the no-drive beach, just steps from the condo door.
