Stayed May 19, 2025Great place for small family like ours, my husband, myself and our 4 year old. Bright, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed and more, easy check-in and out process. When we got off on 12th floor and saw we were right beside the elevator, I was a little apprehensive about noise but this is a family oriented resort and their is little noise at anytime and none after about 8pm. Communication with our host was easy and she answered all questions promptly. We will return again.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025This is how a vacation rental should be done. Easy check in, all the accommodations you could need, and conveniently located to everything. The unit was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in and the owners were proactive and quick to reply to anything we needed. Our kids are both under 5, so having the multiple pools on the property, was clutch. The water playground at the resort was loud and the water was freezing cold so my kids did not play in it. That was a big reason we picked the resort, so it as a little disappointing. There were plenty of other kids playing in it, so I think it was more about my children’s personal tolerance for the noise/cold. Not using the park had zero impact on our overall experience. The entire resort was clean and the staff was friendly. If you are looking for an easy, low stress experience I would 100% recommend this property!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, communication was great and the pools are wonderful if you have children. Would definitely go back and recommend this place to family and friends.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Condo was very clean and equipped. It is exactly as the owner advertises. The resort is super convenient with onsite eating. Lots for the kiddos to do. Our next visit we'll bring the grandkids!

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Excellent location! Great communication from the host. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had an issue with mold on the ice/water dispenser on the fridge, which the Host called someone over right away to clean. The cleaning service sprayed it with clorox and wiped it down, but we still chose to purchase bagged ice and bottled water for the remainder of the stay. The inside of the shower door had a lot of black growth which I discovered when showering one of the kids and they accidentally sprayed the inside of the shower door causing lots of black 'chunks' to flood the shower. For as much as the cleaning service fee costs, they could do a much better job. The elevators are horrendous (no fault to the Host), but would not recommend this resort for that reason alone. We waited 20-45 minutes for an elevator just to get our wagon to the beach every day. On checkout day, we waited an hour for an elevator to fit the luggage cart. There are only 2 elevators for the entire East Tower. We also chose this resort for the convenience of the on-site coffee shop and shaved ice, both which were closed due to staffing issues (they say seasonal, which would typically be in season for our stay). We have 4 little kids, so on-site amenities were important to us. The splash park was a big hit and we loved having a covered place for the kids to play and cool off after the beach! The beach service chairs and umbrella were also extremely convenient. Overall, we had a great family vacation!

Stayed Jul 18, 2023We arrived in PCB and were in the condo within 30 minutes. Entering the condo we were met with a lovely bedroom, bunk beds and a large living area. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Having two bathrooms was a luxury and made showers after swimming so much easier. The washer/dryer combo was invaluable! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and glassware. I was especially pleased with the plastic plates and bowls which I used for everyone, not just the kids. They were very pretty and festive. Large TVs came in handy. Overall extremely happy with the rental.
