Stayed Jan 11, 2025Nice gated community, very friendly people, plenty of parking, felt secure. The nature preserve next door was a big plus for walking or riding bikes. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby. As most of the area, they are still recovering from the hurricane damage although no damage to this unit. The unit needs some updating but all in all had a great time.

Stayed Nov 29, 2024The host is the person who cleans this place. The place was filthy with live cockroaches in the beds, dead cockroaches in other rooms. Moldy dishes in the sink and dishwasher. Hair shavings in the bathroom sink. Trazadone pills on kitchen counter. Toothpaste splatter in both bathroom sinks/counters. We left after taking pictures to submit to VRBO for a refund. Now the host is texting me threatening messages. I guess he doesn't want the owner to find out that she's paying him to clean her rental unit and he's not. Thankfully my credit card company is recouping the money because the host refuses to help contact the owner. Instead he is threatening me. This place is disgusting beyond belief (and I am NOT a picky person). Who wants to sleep with crawling roaches in the beds?
