Soaring ceilings and open-concept design create a welcoming space for up to 6 guests. The living room features a mounted smart TV, gas fireplace, and plush sofa seating. The full kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, stone countertops, and wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dishes. Counter seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Step out to the private balcony with outdoor dining table for 3 and sweeping mountain vistas. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and smart TV. The loft includes 2 queen beds and a smart TV. One full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. WiFi throughout. No washer or dryer in unit. Parking for 2 vehicles. Second-floor unit accessed by stairs. ❄️ Winter guests enjoy easy access to Mt Bachelor just 20 minutes away and the year-round hot tub after a day on the slopes. ☀️ Summer brings the seasonal outdoor pool, 2 miles of nature trails winding through ponderosa pines, and quick access to Widgi Creek Golf Course 5 minutes away.



Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum in the resort lot. AWD or 4WD required during winter months due to mountain weather and road conditions. This unit is on the second floor and requires stairs for entry. Keycard provided for unit and amenity access must be returned at checkout.

Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes away with miles of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes from the resort. The resort itself includes a full-service restaurant, athletic club, game room, playground, and park areas all within walking distance of the unit.



Getting Around:

From Redmond Airport, take Highway 97 south for 16 miles to Bend, then head west on Century Drive toward Mt Bachelor Village Resort. Downtown Bend is 3 miles east via Century Drive and Galveston Avenue. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is 20 minutes west on Century Drive (Highway 46). The Old Mill District is under 10 minutes away. Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes via Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes north on Century Drive. Newberry National Volcanic Monument and Lava River Cave are 12 miles south on Highway 97.

• Pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day; hot tub open year-round, both managed by HOA

• Keycard required for unit and amenity access must be returned at checkout or $150 replacement fee applies
