Bella Piazza 3/3 Condo, fully furnished, with king master and ensuite bathroom. Luxury near prime Orlando attractions

Stayed for over a month (Jan/Feb) in 2nd floor condo with elevator nearby. The construction of the building makes it easy to hear the 3rd floor tenants walking around but it didn’t bother us (just something to be aware of). Unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was stocked with good assortment of dishes, glasses, and cookware. Host provided starter toilet paper and garbage bag but must provide own dish soap, laundry detergent and toiletries. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets available if needed. We did have a couple of issues during our stay which the host addressed in a timely manner. Both pools are heated and have a decent number of loungers and chairs available. Fitness room is small but adequate. Location was nice with Publix and several restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Nice outside property. There were 2 pools. One with a got tub and the other with a kiddie pool area. Pool areas looked nice although it was yet too cold outside for us to enjoy. Inside of unit needs updating, especially the kitchen appliances. Stove is very old electric and smells when you cook on it. The dishwasher made horrible noises and was extremely loud. There was not even basic area rugs for comfort on any of the flooring through out. Had to go buy rugs myself. Seemed quiet for the most part not too many inconsiderate guests/owners.

Very nice stay in a condo to fit all our needs. Shopping and quick food options close by. A bit of an issue accessing unit via key pad on door but was rectified quickly! Nice stay overall.

VERY NICE PLACE, HOWEVER IT WAS MISSING THE BASICS THAT YOU EXPECT IN TODAYS VERY COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT! NO WASH CLOTHES! NO HAND TOWELS! NO PAPER TOWELS IN THE KITCHEN! WRONG CHECK IN CODE! NO COFFE MAKER FOR PODS! WE WERE VISITING ORLANDO FOR BUSINESS WITH NO EXTRA TIME!!!

I enjoyed my stay while visiting for my son’s birthday and spring break. There was great communication from the start with the property manager and the condo had most of the items we needed for our trip to be comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and the Disney attractions and slept soundly when we got back.

Perfect place to enjoy the sunshine. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, high end furniture and a nice patio to spend the day. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee filters - Publix is in walking distance (it’s a good walk so bring your walking shoes) if you go early in the morning before it gets too hot. Beautiful place.

I had several questions and Paul with Croft International, replied to all of my emails within 5 minutes. He absolutely made our trip easy. I've never dealt with such a great management company!! We'll be back, for sure.

Our recent stay was nothing less than wonderful! The condo itself was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area was well kept and beautiful. There is a grocery store within walking distance which was very convenient. We would highly recommend this condo and will likely come back in the future!
