The Bella Luna condos are located directly on Ole River in Orange Beach, Alabama. A private beach access just across the street, one of the best Bay/Ole River views, and a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico to the side makes Bella Luna Penthhouse 8 is a vacationer's dream! Come enjoy all of the amenities Bella Luna has to offer! Amenities include 3 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfront, state-of-the-art fitness center. A private boat dock is also available where manyof our guests spend their time fishing, crabbing, or just relaxing while watching the boats go by. The Bella Luna also has a marina with privately-owned slips and an area on the west side of the marina where guests can tie up boats on a first-come, first-serve basis. On the inside, the Master bedroom has a King bed, a fabulous waterfront view, and a Master bath with glassed, rain-head shower & Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a King & private bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a King and private bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a Queen & Twin over Twin Bunk.

    This was one of the poorest-appointed vacation rentals I have stayed in, particularly given the size and category of the property.The bed linens were extremely low quality and comparable to those of a budget motel. The kitchen was inadequately equipped, consisting largely of plastic utensils and very low-grade pots and pans, making it impractical for regular use. The bar stools were severely worn; covers had been placed over them simply to prevent the faux leather from shedding onto the floor.While the balcony is large, it is poorly furnished, with a heavily worn grill and only four chairs, which is insufficient for a space of that size. The washer and dryer were excessively loud and could only be used when we were not in the unit.Guests should be aware that basic supplies are not adequately provided. We had to purchase garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher detergent.This property has significant potential due to its size; however, the lack of quality in basic furnishings and amenities made the stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. With minimal investment, the owner could bring the unit up to the standard of comparable properties, but in its current state, it falls well below expectations.

    This is our second time staying in PH8 and I believe our 12th time at Bella Luna overall. We absolutely love this place. The fishing, the amenities, the quaintness, it's all great. The condo was great, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. We couldn't ask for much more.

    Penthouse #8 was great! Very spacious with a great view of the beautiful marina - the large balcony was a fantastic bonus. Each bedroom had its own en suite bath, which makes things so much easier for everyone. The Bella Luna staff were very helpful and quick to address any issues. We particularly loved this area between Orange Beach and Perdido Key that hasn’t been overdeveloped, so the beach is quiet and not crowded at all. Important Suggestion: It would be VERY HELPFUL to have a pedestrian crosswalk close by. Crossing the street to get to the beach always made us very nervous, especially with kids and beach supplies.
