Bella Luna 1104 Waterfront Multiple Pools Mariana Close to Flora Bama By Prickett Properties

The condo was a great size for our group and the building/amenitiess itself was great, however, there were a few issues that made it less than 5 stars. The first thing was that there were no window treatments in the living room. No curtains, blinds, etc which made the room way too bright (a lot of the living room decorations are made of mirrors which made the light even more intense) and warm during the evening hours and gave no privacy at all at night. The second was that the pantry cabinets were locked and unusable which made us have to rearrange the dishes and glasses in the other cabinets to have at least a little room for the weeks worth of groceries we had purchased for our 7 day stay but we ended up having to fill up the counters and dining table with the remaining groceries because there just wasn't enough space. The last issue was that the condo cleaning left a lot to be desired. There were food crumbs and sand on the floor in the living room and kitchen areas.

We love this condo. This unit was exactly what we expected. No issues. Loved the balcony & seeing dolphins out in the bay.

The condo was beautiful we love Bella Luna the location is ideal. The only thing that was missing was there was no curtains in the living area. Which was uncomfortable for people sleeping on the sofa bed. But all in all, this was a great stay, and we will back.

The location was wonderful. Loved having the boat and also the option to go to the beach. However the condo itself didn't seem clean. The outside sofa had rips on it And there was sand everywhere on the furniture when we arrived. Found some chards of glass out there as well. Inside the sofa a huge stain on it we flipped the cushion over. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of pot and glassware. The layout was wonderful and fit out family perfectly. We would stay again but hope this items will get addressed.

Overall clean and great location. Beach code needed to be included in the check in instructions, but otherwise no complains

I would have rated suite a five but we should have been informed they only provide a starter kit, one of everything.we were there for 7days. Had to buy everything.

This unit in Bella Luna was comfortable and convenient for our time in Orange Beach. The private beach access directly across the street made getting out to the beach quick and easy. The inside of the condo was comfortable and well-stocked, but we mostly enjoyed the balcony. Looking out at the boat traffic both day and night was a favorite with the adults and the children. It was a perfect vacation location.

Love the property. Love the location. Love the views. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit.
