Sleeping Arrangement:
- Primary Bedroom: 1 King-size bed (sleeps 2), private wrap around balcony, a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower adorned with body jets and a separate jetted tub.
- Bedroom 2: 1 King-sized beds (sleeps 2), flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom.
- Bonus Bunk Room: 1 Twin kids bunk bed. This bonus room is located by the laundry area.

This is ideal for boat owners who want the convenience of keeping their vessel right where they're staying. Unit 110 does not have a designated boat slip but please inquire as we have a few we rent based on availability.

️ Beach chair & umbrella Service is available at this location (fees apply and seasonal). For a cheaper option, Gulf Coast Rental Company delivers chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach cart. Contact info for both will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

You must be 25 years of age to book condo.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
They must sign in at front desk and ID must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
