The Space:

Top floor condo at Bel Air Beach Club overlooking the white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo comes with a full kitchen, in-unit washer / dryer, private screened balcony, and communal heated pool. This unit truly lets you enjoy all Florida has to offer, including beautiful sunsets over the water.



There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Perfect for anyone's island getaway. This unit is in one of the best locations on the island. Located just a few minutes of walking to Times Square. The islands grocery store is about 3 miles south of you.



This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.



Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). NO SMOKING ALLOWED.



This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.



We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.     We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs in the unit as well as large beach towels. The sunsets from the lanai were great and the walkability to everything was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

    My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. The ability to see the ocean from every room was incredible. There were ample amount of beach and room towels. Previous guests left beach chairs for our use which was nice. The water pressure in the kitchen was a little low which made cleaning of the dishes tough, plus no sponge provided, but that would be the only minimal complaint. There are only 20 units to this complex, so the beach was not busy at all even during peak hours. We could walk to Times Square in a couple minutes even with young kids which was a big relief because that island traffic is horrendous. This brings me to my largest complaint. Upon arrival we had to go get keys a mile down the road and then spent an hour in traffic to get to the property, PLEASE PLEASE INSTALL LOCKS WITH KEYPAD CODES on the property door. Even the free Lee County Tram wouldn't save this massive headache. An Uber ride would have cost a fortune from airport to key pickup to residence. All that being said, we loved our stay FMB was so great to us, dolphin sightings everyday on the beach! We'll be back if you'd have us!

    It is necessary to go to Tripower office on Estero blvd to pick up your key and same to return key! Which means traveling in traffic congestion on a Saturday when our rental was at north end - ridiculous you can’t get key at rental office where you stay! Even more ridiculous why can’t units have coded entry!then within two hours of arrival the elevator broke and wasn’t repaired for four days! We were on 5th floor with health issues and we were trapped! I understand things happen BUT we have not been compensated at all for basically losing half our stay!!Never returning to this establishment and will muse Tripower again’

    The condo was great just as described. It was in a really good location in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The only slight downfall for us was the mattress in the master bedroom was too hard for us and the balcony was screened in. Other than that it was a really nice place. We would definitely stay here again.
