Behren's Loft - a downtown experience!

Parking is not the best. Very comfortable property.

The host was extremely welcoming and had superb communication. I appreciated the accessibility! The condo was beautiful with very easy instructions for check in/check out. Thank you for everything!

Perfect place to stay. It's close to all the shopping and historic places in Waco. Short walk to several eating places and the convention center.

There were so many great things about the property. Location, comfort, use of laundry facilities, kitchen. To make a five star review, here is some feedback.1 cleaning crew needs to address the massive spider web above the TV in living room, it is older with lots of dust. There was also trash (hair clip and candy wrappers) on the floor in bedroom/bathroom2. Clarify parking even further. We were both so confused about the parking garage versus the lot with towing signs both on the corner of Fourth and Franklin. That was a cluster upon arrival. 3. Finally, look I get needing the sheets cleaned but I don’t want to do laundry when I’m on vacation. That is my job. Remove that requirement and make it optional. Nobody wants to do chores on vacation. That’s why I took a girl’s weekend getaway! Get a second pair of sheets if timing is an issue. Seriously. Especially when I had to clean the trash off the floor when I got there. Truly it was a fantastic condo. Just a little feedback to make it an even better experience for future customers.

After being in Austin for a convention, we stopped in Waco for a couple days of fun. We loved the location. Fabled is right next door. Lovely book store! The Silos are close. The location made it easy to get to other sites/eating establishments.

Waco’s recent growth brings new restaurants and businesses. It makes a fun and exciting weekend retreat for friends. The location was easy to access and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. Parking was OK. The weekend was perfect!

This beautiful condo is situated just steps from the Dr. Pepper museum and the Silos. It is also within walking distance of several good restaurants. The communication with the property manager could not have been better. Do not let earlier reviews scare you about the parking situation. Just follow the directions that are sent to you, The garage parking was free. It’s all quite easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Waco.

We had a lovely stay at the loft! Everything is provided for that you would need while away from home. We appreciated the big comfortable sofa, the fully equipped kitchen and the huge bathrooms. Under 4 blocks to Magnolia, and we walked there twice for the cupcakes.

Perfect location! Very clean and tidy! Excellent communication even when our flights were delayed and we got in extremely late/early.

The stay was excellent until I came out to get my car on the morning. My car got towed from the lot I was told to park in! Cost me over 300. I expect to be reimbursed for that.

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was very clean and was exactly what was described in the description. The location is perfect. We spent most of our time shopping at all the boutiques and trying local restaurants and the location made this very convenient.

We had a fabulous time! Loved the extras that included candy and a bottle of wine! Clean and nice to have a washer and dryer at the end of our road trip!

This place is in the BEST location- you can walk to everything you need!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this particular property. This is. It by mistake. Excellent location. Close to campus and easy access to lots of restaurants. All the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend. Will be back!!! The Lofts are by far our most favorite place to stay when we’re in town.

Every Waco Vacation Rental I've booked has been a wonderful experience in terms of communication, cleanliness, amenities, and proximity to Baylor's campus, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Waco Loft was no exception! It's within walking distance to Magnolia, Spice Village, and multiple restaurants - if you don't mind a little extra walking, it's an easy, although little longer, walk to Baylor's campus as well. It was the perfect home base to drop our son off for the start of his freshman year. One thing light sleepers should be aware of is that this is a true loft-style apartment in the respect that bedroom walls do not meet the ceiling. Lights from the rest of the loft WILL shine into bedrooms and sounds are a little more obvious. Nothing an eye mask and a pair of earplugs won't solve, though. The pros far outweigh this minor inconvenience and we will definitely be back!

I was given the wrong code to get into the building. I could not get an answer from the rental company. Luckily, a very nice building maintenance man provided me with the new door code to get into the building. He stated the code has been changed over a week prior, and the rental company should have updated me with a new code on the day of my arrival. The condo was nice and clean but was not quite at all. The neighbors kept us awake until after 2:00am both Friday and Saturday night.

House was super clean, cute and spacious! Most definitely would stay anytime I was in Waco!

One of the cleanest and well decorated place we’ve stayed in. Very close to Baylor. Only downside is the parking is across the street and there are limited spaces that don’t have reserved signs. Overall great place to stay especially if you want to be close to campus and downtown.

Loft was a great place to stay! Great location, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
