Stayed Apr 2, 2022The listing stated we were to stay in a two bedroom suite for a week in Pompano Beach, Florida. When we arrived, the suite looked nice, but it was only a one bedroom, with a couch bed. We wrote mgmt. & they said as soon as we provided a screen shot of proof the listing said two bedroom, they would fix their mistake. They did not. I sent a screenshot. I have two, btw, but, I was told I was incorrect and the second room was the couch bed. The floors were unbelievably filthy and immediately turned all our socks black. The plumbing made noise and so did the Air Conditioning. Nothing compared to the management saying they would right their wrong and not doing it.

Stayed Mar 28, 2022Really enjoyed the resort and the accommodations but still waiting on a $40USD refund that was supposed to automatically go back on my card when we didn’t take part in the time share meeting or ‘gift’ they offered.
