Beautuful Updated Townhouse, Sleeps 6 - A25

The Condo was as it looked online. Sam who we dealt with was wonderful, she was very responsive when we had any issues. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This was a nice home, the staff was awesome! The hostess Sam was great she was able to give me advise on the local areas made sure that my needs was accommodated in a timely manner, I even was left a small baggie of treats before departing. I will definitely come back and rent from these properties only.. I traveled a lot of places and it’s not easy finding hospitable people or finding properties that I could leave a good review . This was definitely a great experience and area.. I almost forgot to mention that it is footsteps across from the beach and also there is a pier area on the opposite side.. this was a great find!

Beautiful property in a safe area with private bay-side beach and just across the street from the Gulf beach. The place itself was beautiful and clean (except under furniture) and very comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location was nice, about 2 miles from the Main Boardwalk area which we didn't mind the walk in the beautiful weather and far enough away from all the craziness (fun) of the boardwalk. We would definately stay here again.

Our stay was Amazing was worried about walk to the beach but it was a breeze and walk was short . Beach chairs and umbrellas was pleasant suprize and made are beach days so relaxing . The house was so cozy will be coming back to this place in future

The beds were super comfy and very up-to-date. The beach is less than a minute walk to boardwalk and pool also right around the corner. Neither were busy and it was such a nice vacation. We will rent here again!

This is our third stay at Boardwalk, and the best unit yet! My two kids and I have zero complaints! The unit is clean and updated! The location is perfect. We had an excellent week at the beach!

Nice renovations to a well located condo. Close to the gulf beach, nice pool and a white sand beach on the bay side right on the property. Well furnished and managed by a very responsive owner.

beach trip. short walk across road and pier. very clean! fully stocked kitchen, comfy master bed, huge shower. outdoor rinse off too! no complaints!

Our family stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The place was clean and updated and we had plenty of room. The beach was a short walk across the street. Pensacola Beach is a low key place with not heavy crowds. We will definitely be back.

The property and location was a perfect fit for our visit to Pensacola Beach. The property was clean and the property managers were great to deal with. We will definitely be back again in the future! Easy beach access, and very nice swimming pool area.
