Stayed May 1, 2025The mattresses in this condo are horrible. Especially the king size. I don't think I've ever tried to sleep on one that was worse. Please replace it for others.Kitchen was well equipped.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Property was clean; check in and out was a breeze; my children enjoyed the indoor pool; elevators were a bit slow on the busy days, but were good; would definitely stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 bed room , 2 bath condo. We go to the beach three times a year and have stayed at all of the Phoenix condos now. This was our first time at VI and the final Phoenix condo for us to check out. Pros= beautiful location, easy check in, room was as pictured and it was easy booking. Cons = couch needs to be replaced as it’s not comfy at all, we’d also recommend replacing the bed in the master- feels like you’re sleeping on the floor so we wouldn’t stay in this room again because of the bed.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was cleaner than a lot of places I have stayed. There was sand in the bathroom rug and some socks from previous guests under the bed. Otherwise clean and well kept. The condo is spacious and quiet. The balcony furniture was nice and tons of beach toys in the outdoor closet. The mattress in the king bed isn’t comfortable and needs replaced. You can feel a dip in it when you sit. Thankfully it was at the foot of the bed so we still slept fine. The location is great! The facility as a whole was perfect for a family. Multiple elevators, and plenty of luggage carts.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Clean unit, convenient to the beach. Lots to do for kids at Phoenix VI. Easy access in and out of unit. We didn’t cook , but the kitchen well stocked and great view of beach.! Will definitely stay here again.
