Beautifully Updated 4th Floor Phoenix X Condo!!

It was all wonderful except for the internet horrible connection if you were lucky enough to get one. Heard multiple people complaining about the same thing with people on the beach. Needs to be much better. Phoenix needs big time upgrade on their internet.

The property does need some minor repairs. The TV in the smaller bedroom would not connect to the WiFi so we couldn't use it. The bathroom faucet in the smaller bedroom also has a leak. Some of the electrical outlets do not work also. But overall it was nice and has a nice beach view from balcony.

Very pleased with the condo. Very convenient to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of four (two adult couples) spent a long weekend here to meet a large group of friends to see a show at Flora Bama. Since the building is literally next door to the bar and across the street from the marina and restaurants the location was excellent. Overall the room was fine, but there were some minor upkeep issues that, for the price, should be fixed. A kitchen drawer face fell off the first night. A dresser handle also fell off in the 2nd bedroom. In the master bathroom the toilet paper holder was missing one arm so it worked, but sometimes the roll would fall off. One of the two sinks in this bathroom was also clogged. None of these items ruined our weekend, but it wouldn’t take much for the owner to fix these to make the stay even better. The next time we go back, we would 100% recommend Phoenix 10, and would also consider this same room again if it was an option.

The communication was fine with the rental company, but it would’ve been nice to know several things about the actual building/condo prior to arrival and even selecting this condo. For instance, it would’ve been very nice to know that the pool was going to be closed the entire time we were there. That’s kind of a big deal and there was nothing said about that. Also, the elevator in the parking garage was only working part of the time. Because there was a bunch of construction and maintenance going on on the decks of the building. No mention of that from the rental company. And $60 to park per car? Give me a break! We talked to several other people renting and they were also very disappointed and felt misled. As for the condo itself, a little upkeep and TLC would go a long way to make it so much nicer. I read several reviews about little things like the toilet paper holder being loose. Someone needs to just go in there with a dang screwdriver! They clearly know about it because it’s been mentioned several times. The same could be said for a couple doorknobs. It just makes you think that if these obvious things need to be addressed, what am I not seeing?? Being next-door to the FloraBama was fun. I will say that much.

The drawers in the kitchen were falling apart, the shelf in the freezer is very rusty, the baseboards were all marked up and chucks of word were missing, there was no privacy in the bathrooms, the door knob to one of the bathrooms was too small for the hole, there was a musty feel to the condo.

The shelf in the freezer has a lot of rust on it. The toilet paper holder is missing the piece to actually hold the toilet paper. Floors hadn’t been swept. There are brown stains from water leaks that they tried to cover up with paper towels and a bowl under the kitchen sink. Knob missing on closet door in master bathroom. The 2nd shelf on the coffee table still trash from the last occupant and looked like it hadn’t been dusted in quite some time. *rats were seen running around outside the area where the grills are downstairs and a snake😳...
