Welcome to Killington Mountain View, our renovated three bedroom (counting loft), two bathroom Trail Creek loft. This beautiful top floor condo is located right next to Killington Resort and offers ski home access during the peak ski season. As you enter the spacious condo, you'll find a large mudroom with 12-port boot dryer system, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, second bedroom with king bed, additional bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace (free firewood provided), dining room with seating for six, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft where you'll find additional sleeping with two twin beds. Tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches, you'll enjoy high-speed Internet, smart TVs throughout, games, AC for summer, and much more. You may not want to go out! The Trail Creek Activity Center features pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise equipment and game room. We can't wait to host you and your group.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Activity Center at our condo features an indoor saltwater pool, sauna, hot tubs, exercise equipment and game room. Hours are 10am to 10pm.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays and Sundays only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.

    This was a great property very close to Killington Mt. We stayed there in May after ski season ended, but can see how this would be great location for skiing. The unit was clean and had basic necessities. The 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms (including the loft bedroom) were perfect for our family.

    We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. An easy walk to Snowshed lodge and a very convenient green trail to take you back! The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend!

    Visiting Killington for another bike race. Condo is perfect for that as one can peddle directly to the race venue. Probably pretty good for skiing too. This was our second time at this unit. We will definitely be back again next year. Clean, neat, nice bedding, comfortable unit.

    The property was ideal for the bike race we attended. It is located just behind the Grand Hotel, and very close to everything. A real nice feature for another stay is that the condo is across the street from the Killington golf club. Property was clean and neat. A/C stand alone unit cooled the place down. however its a bit load. overall we had a great time and would return again.

    This was our 4th year at Killington. This condo was the best stay that we've had during those 4 years. The unit has everything you'd need. Everything is labelled, functional, and in good condition. My kids enjoyed the daily access that we had to the pool and hot tub after skiing all day. The proximity to town was very convenient for a quick run to the store or going out for dinner. While we could have made the 10 minute walk to the Snowshed base area, we had a few kids in ski school and didn't want to walk the extra distance over to Ramshead carrying all of our gear. Fortunately we had an extra person along that wasn't skiing and was willing to make the 2 minute drive over to Ramshead each morning and again at lunch so that we could take advantage of the ski out trail off of Snowshed slope back to the condo. I can't overstate how great it was to have a large area right inside the condo door where we could let everything dry off without making a mess of the whole condo. Will be hoping to stay here again in the future!

    In general, I try to avoid VRBO properties managed by Rental Management companies because I've had some issues in the past (with other destinations). Not so with this company. They texted me the code I needed to access the condo the day before and we had no issues getting in, which was good because we had been driving all day through rain and snow and were just ready to unwind when we got there. Also, we decided last minute to see if we could extend our stay by one more night just to get some more skiing in and (fortunately it was available) it was easy calling the office number and they took care of it. As for the rental property itself, it was exactly as shown, had plenty of space (for four of us), and was very clean and well-taken care of. The kitchen, while small (but all of these ski condos are), was well stocked with everything we needed and the quality of everything from the silverware and knives, the pots and pans, the toaster, etc. was top notch (which has not always been our experience in rentals). The proximity of Trail Creek to the K1, Snowshed and Rams Head lodges is fantastic, about a 1-minute drive to the parking lots (okay, one and a half minutes to K1!). Everything about our stay turned out great and we had a really nice time. We would definitely return.
